It was a superb day trip. The mini bus was full with many overseas tourists whih made it very interesting. Our driver (Richard) was extremely amusing and informative and answered any questions put to him. I cannot fault the trip in any way, I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. If we had had longer time on holiday I would love to do a longer tour.

St. Andrews was the most beautiful place I visited while in Scotland. No words could do it justice. This tour was my favourite and I would recommend it to everyone. Bob was our guide and he was funny and informative. Kept the whole bus laughing and joking the entire time. We also visited Falkland Palace in Fife, it was amazing and furnished with original furniture and accessories. It stood out from all the other castles and palaces. Beautiful and enjoyable tour, well worth your time and money!

Our guide Ally was very humorous while being very informative. The amount of time at stops was just right. Not too long or too short. St Andrews was a beautiful picturesque stop and highlight of the tour was definitely the Falklands palace. Would definitely take this tour again and highly recommend to anyone.

Weather was perfect and so was rest of the tour. We had much time in St Andrews, although I'd recommend taking your own lunch so you will have even more time and don't spend time waiting for service on restaurants. Overall trip worth taking with not too much time sitting on the bus.

This was one of the best tours I have taken. Kudos to Penny our tour guide for the day. She was fantastic. I thought St. Andrews was just golf. I recommend this trip to everyone.

Really great day - our tour guide was very informative, personable, really made a difference. The van was perfectly comfortable. Nice amount of time at each stop and a great itinerary. Really a high spot during our trip to Edinburgh and the area. I highly recommend, especially if you get our guide. Although judging by the other reviews, it looks like all of the guides are a win.

This was an amazing day for me. I enjoyed it so much and would highly recommend others to do this trip. The places we went and sites we saw were beautiful. I loved spending time in St. Andrews walking along the beach and the grounds of the gorgeous golf course. Our guide was wonderful. She was so informative about the area and was a delight to be around. I am so glad that I chose to go on this day trip. It was probably my most memorable experience while in Edinburgh. When I go back there again I will definitely go on more day trips.

A Viator tour, for me, can be reviewed in 3 words; informative, relaxed, and memorable. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area in the present as well as its history. Break times and tour times were reasonable. The locations toured included both natural and manmade beauty and wonder. Scotland was viewed as a gem in UK's crown.

We thought Michael was the BEST. Very easy to understand but loved his good Scots brogue! and he gave us just enough information without talking all the time. The stop at Aberfoyle was not that interesting, but necessary I guess. Would have rather had more time in St. Andrews-it was difficult to see everything in such a lovely place.

This was a fantastic tour. The tour guide, Ian, was extremely entertaining as he shared interesting information with us about Scotland in general , as well as the specific areas that we toured. He knew his history well and was a great story-teller. This was a very scenic tour . I wish we could have stayed longer in St. Andrews as there is so much to see there for such a small village.
