I would recommend this tour to everybody who wants to explore beautiful Scotland. Our tour guide was great and he made our overall experience even better and more funnier. He is obviously expert in his job and has a good way of telling stories and presenting Scottish music. We saw amazing places and time flew by. Mercedes van was comfortable, and we managed to see in just one day many magical and interesting places.

Easy to book, thorough 'getting here' info, excellent tour guide and driver, charming lodge for a delicious lunch, adjusted the route for maximum enjoyment when the weather did not cooperate, comfortable transport, perfect tour group size, great value. Viator and tour operator are 10s in my book.

Was a great way to see some of Scotland other than the big cities, especially if you're traveling without a car. We appreciated our tour guide and driver, excellent companions. Particularly liked the idea of the map of Scotland pinned on the minivan roof above the dash and the chatty way of giving modern viewpoints as well as lots of Scottish history. Thanks very much to the weatherman upstairs for cooperating, too! Blooming gorse on the hillsides and optional haggis and single malt at lunchtime, what could be a better way to visit the bonny banks and braes!

We really enjoyed this tour; it is much better to travel on a minivan than a normal bus--the tour is friendlier. The minivan was comfortable and the guide was really funny and had a great knowledge of Scottish history. His narrations of the Scottish history were accurate, interesting, vivid, funny and never boring. We also listened to some Scottish folk music along the day, always relating to something we had seen or someone the guide had mentioned. My wife and I had an amazing day. We loved the visit to the Kilchurn Castle, with the guide giving us a nice explanation and a walking tour into the castle. It was a pity that we had to choose between visiting the Inveraray Castle and the village. We chose the castle and we really enjoyed it, but we would have loved to have one hour or half an hour to walk around Inveraray. I also thought that the stop at Luss was too short; Loch Lomond is a really beautiful place, and the village seemed very nice. A 10-minute stop was not enough. We truly recommend the tour.

The minivan was comfortable and compact. The guide was enthusiastic, courteous, and had a great knowledge of Scottish history. He clearly loved his job. The tour was thoroughly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it.

Worth doing. Guide was very knowledgeable. We took this trip in early November, when it gets dark early. Good value.

The tour guide and bus were very good, also the tour gave a good introduction to the scenery of the Highlands. A bit disappointing was that because of the short trip, there was almost no time at all to see the castles.

The tour was great. The guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable even though she had only been working for the company for about 2 months. The only thing U would change would be to allow more time for touring Doune Castle. All in all it was definitely worth doing.

The sites were amazing and we were given a good amount of time at each. Seeing the Highlands is a must! Loch Lomond was a bit dissapointing, but the other sites were very interesting. The one down side was that I expected more interaction between the tour guide and the visitors, and that was not the case.

We weren't really interested in hearing about the sexual exploits of Robert Burns. Tour guides would do well to minimise this aspect of Scottish life and should keep their personal political opinions to themselves. The luncheon venue was a poor choice with few viewpoints within reasonable distance. The weather was fine, but if it hadn't been the trip would have been difficult to endure.
