Our flight arrived in Hurghada 3 hrs late and we were apprehensive in case nobody knew what was happening, NO PROBLEM. Viator rep was there and helped us obtain visas, carried our luggage past usual harassing taxi-drivers, even took us into the hotel reception area. And would not take a tip. Coming home picked us up on time and again assisted us right up to airport check-in desk, also very knowledgeable about the area. This is our third time of using Viator and each one has been PERFECT. Well done Viator.

Our contact met us at the airport, but we could have used a little more help with our bags. We had to walk a short distance to the van, as well, which was unfortunate because my husband was ill.

Met by the rep who had to make sure we gave only him the money for our visa. Tried to get us to book trips with him. Journey to resort was fine.
