Our flight was a late flight into Stansted airport. I would have NOT wanted to do this transfer, to our hotel, any other way. The driver was professional, helpful, and prompt.

We had the same driver that picked us up at the airport. We were in a Mercedes SUV, very comfortable. I was expecting the traffic to Gatwick to be terrible but it was a nice ride.

A very pleasant man picked us up at 430am to take us to Stansted airport for our flight to Munich. Not only did he get us there in plenty of time to catch our flight, he also acted as a "tour guide" by pointing out various sights along the way. I found out later we could have taken the train but I wouldn't have traded that ride for a stuffy train ever. I definitely recommend this transport to Stansted airport to everyone.

I used Viator in London and in Spain and it was the best! The staff at each location was professional and waiting for our arrival. I booked a departure transfer through Viator because I couldn't stand the thought of lugging my case up and down the tube stairs one more time (elevators are not a feature of all London Tube stations!). My departure couldn't have been more different from my arrival – instead of searching for an ATM to get GBP, I was sitting in the lobby, enjoying the (unusual) sunshine. Instead of queuing with the crowds trying to get on a packed tube, I handed my cases to my driver when he arrived. And instead of walking miles from the station to the check in, I was dropped right outside the door. It's a bit pricey just for one person but highly recommended for two or more.

There are cheaper ways to travel to the airport, but door-to-door is the most convenient way to go with heavy suitcases.
