The shortest trip between piers lasts approximately 20 - 30 minutes, while the full round trip takes approximately 2.5 hours. Cruises depart every 40 minutes from convenient locations along the river.

With just one ticket you may hop on or off at any of the piers as often as you like throughout the day. The piers are located at Waterloo (just below the London Eye), Westminster (beside Westminster Bridge), Tower Pier (close to HM Tower of London) and Greenwich.
