Our tour was booked for 130p.m.. I confirmed the tour when I arrived in Paris. The first driver showed up at 800 a.m. insisting that we leave then or I would loose my money. We were still asleep, because of jet lag and late night the night before with our Eiffel Tower dinner, Seine River Cruise, and Moulin Rouge. Finally after several calls and finally talking to someone who knew what was planned we got it straight and a different driver came at 130. She was very knowledgeable and it was a good tour.

Loved the fact that we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. The guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This tour is worth doing because we were picked up at our hotel and our guide was so knowledgeable and fun. He showed us a lot of Paris with an emphasis on history. However, it's not really a walking tour of Montmartre. You are given about 45 minutes to do Montmartre on your own.

This was a great way to get a feel for the layout of Paris and it neighborhoods and attractions without being trapped by a large group. We were disappointed not to have more time and guidance at Montmartre - our visit there was pretty much limited to going in to see Sacre Coeur.

The need to phone a Paris number to reconfirm was not mentioned until AFTER I booked the tour. Since we were arriving the day before the tour I was not able to confirm 24 hours in advance without phoning Paris from home. I was not able to connect to Paris so I notified Viator. The tour was in Spanish and English. The walking tour of Montmarte was on our own. The guide stayed in the van.
