This was the only way for us to see Rome. We were only there for two days. I was able to capture the photos that I wanted, and the next day we returned to the points that interested us the most.

Highlight of our trip. This was a pleasant and safe way to see Rome in one day. Made one round trip, then stepped off at stops of interest to us. Great stuff.

The double decker bus is the way to go. We used it our first 2 days in Rome. It really helps you in getting familiar with the city and stops at or close to all the must-see sights. Both the attendant and drivers were very friendly, and the earphones and recorded site information is extremely entertaining and infomative. Buses run like clockwork every 15 minutes from each stop. A must for the first-time visitor.
