Tour guides were knowledgeable, particularly at the Uffizi, which is huge. The guide directed us to details that I never would have noticed if I'd been there on my own. When I saw the lines at both museums, I was very grateful for this ticket that let me "skip the line".

Skipping the line is the way to go along with having someone familiar with the works available for enlightenment. I can't believe that people actually stand in line for hours when this option is available.

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and funny, the build up to see 'David' quite spectacular. The Uffizi amazing, all in all a great trip.

Both of these galleries are a must for anyone visiting Florence. Our experience was 100 percent enhanced by the wonderful guides we had at both galleries. I could have listened to them all day as they were both so interesting and knowledgeable.

Overwhelming!!! Hard to describe, seeing David was an experience I will never forget. Our tour guide was very informative and entertaining. There is so much interesting information about Michelangelo that I would never have known about without this tour. Worth every penny. Nice to pass the line up as well.

This tour is worth the money for skip the line and for a great overview of artistic detail by 2 different guides for Uffizi and Accademia. We were a little late getting to the first museum and the Viator rep waited outside near the line for us, which was very nice, we were able to catch up to the group. Skip the line is very important in August when it is so hot out and waiting in line can take up to 3 hours for each of these museums. Meeting place was easy to find and guides find you if you keep your Viator voucher visible.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and excited about the subject matter. As she walked us through the museum it was clear she never tired of it. The group was larger than stated and there was some difficulty hearing the guide but it was well worth it. Spectacular!
