We were really pleased that we did it when we saw the lines to get in after we came out.

The tour guide was EXCELLENT. This is certainly a tour to take; the history behind the Sistine Chapel is worth listening to when you are right there. Absolutely breathtaking, and the fact that we made no lines and no waiting was a super plus.

This tour was very interesting, and the explanation given by the tour guide prior to entering the museum and the chapel was extremely helpful. We also avoided the long queues.

The access to the museums without waiting in lines is invaluable. You must book a tour just for this advantage. Second, its so much better than just looking at art when you have a guide telling you the finer details.

The tour guide was fantastic! She gave us the history of the chapel like she was telling us a family story. I will not forget her passion for her work. Thanks!!

The most organized tour I went on for the whole trip. We left on time, and the guide was very informative. Loved the history behind the Sistine Chapel - our guide told it in such an interesting and fun manner. Beats reading a history book when you hear it from a local!

Great tour guides; the efficient and friendly hotel pickup and return met and exceeded our expectations. We added the afternoon tour to the catacombs, which was very interesting, and the tour people took us to the desired location in Rome at the end of the tour.

The Skip the Line Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel Tour was excellent, as was the guide, who was very informative and friendly. We didn't feel rushed, and appreciated the additional background history provided by the tour guide. We would certainly recommend the tour, and making the booking in advance with Viator made it all so easy.

Awesome. You'll never see anything else like it anywhere. Our guide lectured us for 45 minutes before we entered the Sistine Chapel, so we knew what we were looking at. Great!

Terrific! Definitely worth paying the extra money for the skip the line tour. When we came out of the museum the line was wrapped around the entire Vatican Museum. Our guide was a great storyteller and made it feel like we were living with Micheangelo. I would suggest not buying anything in the store that they take you in at the end of the tour. They had beautiful things but were very expensive and you can find the same stuff for much less elsewhere. Overall- great tour!

This is a certain eye opener. From the moment we boarded the coach to the moment we were dropped off, we were amused, entertained, educated and enthralled at the sights we witnessed. Great value for money and a MUST whilst in Rome. The only regret we had was we did not include St. Peters due to time, but hey ho we will just have to go back.

The tour was excellent and the guide was superb. The tour on the way to the Vatican was unexpected and should be marketed better.
