This tour was amazing! We saw so much that we probably wouldn't have been able to see on our own. Sandra, our guide, was great!
Fantastic day! Our guide, Agatha, was wonderful and bus driver Ricardo duos a great job, too! If we had more tone we would have booked another tour with walk about tours. The lunch at the farm was delightful. We could have used more time at Pisa, but I'm not sure how to fit more in the day...
Gloria was fantastic and the tour was simply perfect. We loved our day!
We booked our tour, as an all in one day experience as we were only in Florence for a short time. We wanted something that would give us a comprehensive your of the area and this didn't disappoint. Our tour leader, Antonella, was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgable. The tour had the right mix of coach travel , guided walking and free time. Siena was a beautiful city, and the local guide gave us some great info! Then we were able to have some time to wander. Onto the local organic farm for a great lunch, where we were encouraged to chat and relax with our fellow tourers. San Gimiagni is a medieval Tuscan town, with some amazing views of the countryside. And finishing off in Pisa was ideal, although remember to book your tower tickets as these are not included. In short, this is a long , but enjoyable day which was really well organised and as is the case with a lot of these tours , ours was made great by our tour leader. A must do, for travellers to the region.
Absolutely wonderful! Our guide Agatha went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my mother's walking disability. Agatha was knowledgable and entertaining. The tour itself is well-planned and really does show the best of Tuscany. Highly recommend!
A wonderful tour. The guide was very knowledgable. I especially enjoyed seeing the beautiful scenery and the meal was delicious.
The tour guide was so nice, the country side was to die for, the trip to the winery was great the food was non stop and everyone was treated like royalty. 5 plus stars could not be any happier!!!
My husband and I had such a wonderful time with this trip. The whole ride went without a hitch. Our guide, Olivia was a godsend, showing good knowledge about the sights as well as putting in the effort in making the descriptions interesting. She even took the time to answer our questions and went beyond her duties as a guide for us during the downtimes. The food was great, and price was appropriate.
Such a relaxing day! Enjoyed the winery/organic farm and the delicious lunch. Our tour guide Leyva was very friendly and informative. The visit to Pisa was the icing on the case. I would highly recommend this tour.
The Tuscany tour included a great venue of sites to visit, and was hosted by a very charming tour guide.
What a great trip! We boarded an air-conditioned coach bus from Santa Maria Novella station in Firenze and took off for Siena. Our tour guide was an Italian woman named Antonnella. She was from Naples but has been living in Firenze. She was very passionate about providing the best tour possible! We loved Siena- such a cool, gothic city. From Siena we went to an organic farm where we took a tour, wine tasted, and had a farm to table, family-style lunch. This was our favorite stop! From the farm we headed to San Gimignano which was an adorable little town with stunning views of Tuscany. Truly like out of a postcard. Our last stop was Pisa where we saw the Leaning Tower. We had ample amounts of time in each stop as the tour went from 8:30am-8:30pm and there were many opportunities to venture off on our own. We hadn't originally planned on visiting these places and booked our tour the day before. We are SO glad we did!
This was by far my favorite day during my time in Italy! If you want to see Tuscany, this is the way to do it! You visit two cities very rich in history, Siena and San Gimignano. It is worth adding the climb to the top of the Tower at Pisa as well! Our tour guide, Agata was wonderful! She was very friendly and offered a lot of information. She even took the time to speak with us individually on our ride back to Florence...she answered any other questions we had and offered suggestions on places to see or other tours to take.
