Crew were friendly and helpful. Commentary was very informative.
It went like clockwork as planned. Plenty of room on the boat. Good food but the word is, get your meal as soon as it is available. They claimed to have run out of bread rolls when my wife got there but we saw them later being set up for a later cruise. Not helpful.
We got close to waterfalls, penguins and seals. (something the smaller boats were claiming they had an advantage on - Not so).
Tip: We heard the day before that the road was blocked. Don't believe it until you see the sign on the road as you are driving there. We heard the same thing last time and it was clear in the morning.
What a fantastic trip. The boat was well appointed and great soup for a cold morning. We had a brilliant clear day. Our skipper was humorous and very informative. Great value.
Fantastic Views - Take the lunch tour its worth every cent - One of the best meals I have ever had - Very friendly Staff
The boat was comfortable, the narration by the boat captain was very informative, the weather was clear and warm and the views were spectacular!

one of the most enjoyable day during my trip..awesome place...even the drive to Milford was majestic...
What can we say, yet another great trip with Viator made better by the great weather we had on the day so we could see the awesome scenery. You really mustn't miss Milford Sound - just make sure you get there early if you are trying to park a camper van - spaces quite limited
We were blessed with great weather. I was expecting not to see much at all from other peoples comments but it was truely spectacular. I think this is a must see on any trip to New Zealand. The roadtrip to Milford Sound was very windy through the mountains but everywhere in New Zealand seems to be the same. Loved this trip.
this is definately one too put on your bucket list heaven on earth
Amazing!! The weather was beautiful and the scenery breathtaking.

Milford is more dramatic, but smaller than Doubtful Sound. Treat yourself, do both.
had a great time. boat is beautiful, lunch was great. loved dipping into the waterfall and seeing the seals lazing and playing.
Simply spectacular is the only way to describe Milford Sound. You travel to a place hoping to enjoy a beautiful sunny day with blue skies. No-one should under estimate the splendor of the area when it has been raining.
The sights to see when water is gushing over the face of such dramatic mountain faces is something to behold. Can't wait to return and do it all again. The ferry ride is worth every cent

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the captain of the boat gave a great commentary and insight of the Milford Sound area as we travelled through it.
The buffet lunch was most enjoyable although a bit squeezy in getting too and I thought a bit rush even though there was no need because their was plenty of food.
Was a very enjoyable experience.
Great excursion, highly recommended!! We departed right on time, the cruise ship was very clean, well maintained and staffs were super friendly. Upper observation deck was massive with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking view of the fjords
Definitely a must-do if you are in Milford Sound!
Wonderful tour , so glad we went. After seeing Doubtful Sound I thought that it would be the same but we were pleasantly surprised to find it so unique.
My wife and I had a great time; no complaints about Viator experience.
Due to the perfect weather we enjoyed a 5 star experience. The Pride of Milford is the only way to cruise the Sound.
From the moment we left Te Anau on the way down to Milford Sound the wonderful experience began. The drive to Milford Sound was one my wife and I will never forget. The scenery was breathtaking. However, that was just the start of what turned out to be a fantastic day of taking in breathtaking views. Our boat trip on Milford Sound was beyond our expectation, with the clear blue sky adding to what was a wonderful experience. The majestic mountains, beautiful waterfalls and the clear water will make this boat trip one we will never forget. To anyone who is thinking of planning a trip to the South Island of New Zealand, your first stop should be a trip to Milford Sound. It's a trip of a lifetime !!!!
The weather was overcast with occasional light rain during our cruise but this only added to the experience by making the many waterfalls more spectacular. The trip was very well organised from the moment we checked in at the terminal with the boat being quite spacious both inside and the viewing decks outside. The very informative commentary by the Captain was also very useful as was the complimentary tea and coffee.
Incredible scenery! I drove from Queenstown. It was a 5 hour trip each way. Was well worth it!!
