Lovely trip. Would have liked the winery to be a bit more generous with tastings, but it was beautiful and a fun change of pace from the Florence and Rome city atmospheres. Would definitely do again.

We really enjoyed our afternoon tour of Tuscany. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, not just about the vineyards etc, but about Florence and Tuscany generally. We learned loads! The cost of the trip was reasonable too, especially as the price of eating out in Florence is quite high for Brits!

Overall, the scenery, wine tasting and dinner were great. The tour guide did her best to speak English, so you can't necessarily fault her, but it was choppy at times and hard to follow.

Have been to Tuscany numerous times, and it is beautiful; however, this time rain put a damper on seeing the countryside, which is the best part. The wine-tasting and traditional Tuscan dinner were good. Visiting small Tuscan towns was neat!

It was a well organised tour except there was no hotel pickup, which the other locally booked tours offer.

The guide was knowledgeable and friendly with excellent English.

The Chianti Wine Tour was a great decision for our time in Florence. The tour guide was peppy and very friendly, even though the tour lasts nearly all day. The scenery was beautiful and the dinner complete with a bottle of chianti to share was delicious and authentic. If you are a vegetarian, just make sure to emphasize that repeatedly to avoid any conflict with the restaurant. I loved the little tidbits of information that could be found at every countryside stop and it was definitely worth it to see more of Italy than just the city centers. My only complaint was that the pick-up bus stop location in Florence was poorly described. Other than that, it was fabulous!

Everything was wonderful, but I was just a little disappointed with the dinner.

The half-day trip was nice, but it was not any professional wine-tasting. The guide for the trip was very good.

The tour would have been better with less people. The restaurant would have been better with smaller tables. The tour guide should have mentioned that a really great sunset could be possible at time of sundown.

The bus tour was enjoyable, our guide was lively, and the bus was well-maintained. The tour of the winery left something to be desired. The guide looked bored and was chatting with a young lady in Italian half the time rather than giving us information. We only tried two wines and a liquor, with little information being provided for any of them. I would have preferred smaller portions but a larger variety, as we were pretty well expected to purchase something by the end.
The scenery was amazing everywhere we went. The stop in Greve was very nice; what a beautiful town to explore.
The supper at the end of the evening was less elegant than I expected. There was only one bottle of wine for a table, and if we wanted more, we had to pay for it ourselves. The food was alright, but should have been more interesting. Perhaps an explanation of what we were eating or its relevance to the region would have improved the experience.
I think that a few simple improvements could enhance the tour. I wouldn't recommend it at the price we paid.
The meal was okay, but there wasn't enough food for everyone.

We expected a good wine tasting, with different kinds of wine and good prices, but this was not the case. In Greve we found an amazing place near where the bus stopped where they had three hundred different wines you could taste if you paid a little. I wish we had gone there instead.

We did several tours while we were away but unfortunately this one did not live up to expectations. However it was a nice jaunt through the countryside.

After arriving early we were told that our bus had not yet arrived. Then, we were told that the bus had already departed.
