Our tour guide was great! She kept us informed well in advance of what we were going to do. The itinerary was well thought out, with the most time designated for the lovely beach area. The 3 course seafood lunch was a bargain, and totally delicious!
This was the most amazing day. Our guide was fantastic, we were so lucky that the weather was perfect so we could use the ferry. The food was delicious, the swim in the sea was amazing. Worth every cent. And would definitely recommend it.
This tour was a once-in-a lifetime experience! The journey through the different fishing towns on the coast offered a lot of breath-taking views and opportunities for exploring and shopping. One of the benefits of this tour was that there was a lot of free time to roam, without the constraints of a guided tour. The only recommendation I have is to get there on a week day, instead of weekends or during heavy tourism months, because cruise ships drop off hundreds of people at once, which makes navigation through the towns difficult. If you happen to be traveling from a town outside of Florence, be mindful of train schedules, because the tour bus did not wait for us when our train made us late to the meeting point at 7 AM. The trip from Florence to Cinque Terre is long, and there are hardly any opportunities to stop for restroom breaks, so keep this in mind before you board the bus. The only suggestion for this tour that I have is to provide an itinerary with tentative train stop locations and times. With the heavy traffic, it was easy to lose the tour guide and confuse train boarding times and stops. If this is not provided to you on the trip there, I would highly recommend asking the tour guide to give you the times and locations, in case you decide to stay longer or lose your way. All in all, this was a great experience!
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour it is a fabulous stretch of coast line and the tour allowed us to experience all but one of the five villages. A great experience with a great guide who was very knowledgeable and informative..
Would recommend to anyone visiting the region.
Great tour cinque Terre is beautiful worth going to see but it is a long day
The trip was very well planned. We had free time and each of the 4 towns and were able to go swimming in one of them. Our tour guide was very helpful and very nice during the trip.
Our guide was very knowledgeable. She really knew how to work around the crowds and the day we went the ferry was not operating so everyone was taking the train.
Our tour guide Julio was amazing! He did a really great job and even provided maps for us to know where we were going during our one day tour. We got to see 4 of the 5 villages and I believe we had enough time in each. Keep in mind that you are packing a lot into one day so the smaller villages we had 20 to 30 minutes but it was more than enough time. Everyone on our trip adapted to many of the changes that took place because of the Italy Bike Tour going through the area that day and I had a fantastic time! My dad that was 70 also really enjoyed the trip and they never felt rushed to keep up or exhausted from walking. Fantastic I would strongly recommend this tour if you only have one day!
Vraiment magnifique malgré la pluie
A ne rater sous aucun prétexte !!!
An amazing tour and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting this area of Italy. As usual with Viator there were no surprises and everything was well organized and the day was memorable.
Such a terrific way to do cinque terre in a day. Even though there were multiple trains and a boat the whole thing felt so easy, Julio was terrific - so organized, helpful and sweet - and he kept 60 people on track without anybody getting lost. I'd go on this tour again in a minute.
The tour was great! Everything was being arranged and the tour guide sorry I forgot her name was excellent. Lunch was nice the seafood was great!
Stunning stunning stunning. Great value for money and we didn't expect to travel up so high and far in the bus, views are amazing, loved the boat trip too. Our tour guide was a bubbly blonde who really knew what she was talking about and can she talk! We enjoyed her company. Lots of down time on this trip so that's great if you want to explore without the crowd. High light was lunch at Montarossa, lovely town and wish we had stayed a few days. To enjoy the best of this day you need to be fit and able, lots of steps and sloping streets.
Our guide was fantastic! This was a good value and a low stress way to see a beautiful place. Had the trails been open, I would've considered going on our own for more flexibility. However two people were recently hurt and the trails are closed indefinitely. Therefore, this is a great way to go.
It was a very good trip. Our tour guide was very informative and gave us a lot of information. She never seemed rushed and answered all of our questions with ease. I would definitely recommend this day trip.
