Excellent tour with an excellent guide. Angel was amazing and looked after the group very well. We will highly recommend this tour to any and all we know headed to Florence!
Great tour. Good pace, flexible, and angel the tour guide was funny and informative. Lunch was great too. Do it!
The view is definitely worth the effort of trekking up. It's amazing! The lunch was great.
We ended up having lovely weather by the end of the day and the tour was very informational and we walked at a good pace! The free time was nice too, I would do it again!
This tour was beyond perfect! Our tour guide, Freddie, was so fun and full of so much knowledge. We had a blast and couldn't have asked for more. The hike, the lunch, dipping our toes in the Mediterranean, the wine...resplendent
Freddie, William, and Marko (the driver) were absolutely wonderful. The lunch was perfect with water and carbs for quick energy for the hike. The views, vegetation, and serenity make the hike well with the exertion. Freddie was very accommodating, kind and caring of the different levels of physical
My trip to Cinque Terre was nothing short of outstanding. Our tour guide, Lavvi (spelling?) was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She was a great tour guide for this trip who made the beautiful landscape and hike through Cinque Terre that much more enjoyable.
Absolutely terrific tour/trek with a nice balance of hiking between 2 towns and with strolling in the five main towns. We had time to stop for a drink or time on the beaches. Freddy was a wonderful guide keeping our group of many ages moving along at a good pace and arranging train tickets and times---all the reasons one takes a tour rather than try to do it all yourself. We preferred this hike and sightseeing to merely seeing the towns on tour. One gets an experience of the spaces and the terrain on this tour. We would do it again and recommend this tour over other options for seeing the Cinque Terre.
One of the best experiences of my life. The hike was difficult but well worth the trek. The views are absolutely stunning! If there is one thing you should do while in Florence, its this tour. (WEAR RUNNING SHOES)
The tour guides on this trip were awesome, multilingual, very nice people. They were very considerate, knowledgeable and fun. The sights and scenery were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this trip.
The service was great. Meet up location was easy to find. Guide was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations.
My favorite tour. And the tour guide, Julian, was awesome. I would highly recommend this tour!
Excellent tour, great guides, very well organized. Not as strenuous as expected.
Fantastic tour! One of the highlights of our trip--Lavinia was an amazing tour guide and really made the tour great. The hiking was beautiful--if you have trouble walking, this is not for you. The meal was good a variety of different seafood items, my favorite was the pesto pasta--delicious. Cinque Terre is gorgeous, this is a great tour if you are short on time but want to make the most of your day.
My few of my friends and I are studying abroad for the fall 2014 semester. We had a Thanksgiving break, so we decided to travel around Italy. One of our friends had heard about Cinque Terre and when we looked up pictures we decided that we needed to get there. We were staying in Florence, so we saw that the best way to do this was through this trip, and I'm telling you it was so worth it. The meeting point was easy to find. Our tour guide Julian was super cute and very knowledgeable about the things we passed on the bus. The hike itself was a little less than three miles and actually pretty difficult but not unmanageable by any means. We had an amazing seafood and pesto lunch with an amazing view of the colorful cities on the cliffs. We then got to walk around three or four of the five cities, and because we were there in fall it was not crowded at all. Overall, it was definitely a good price for all the things that were included and great for students. Everyone in my group loved it! The only thing is that if you have knee, back, or foot problems, the hike may be too much for you, but they will give you another option.
This tour was definitely worth the money! Our guide, Julien, was fun, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained tinelines and what to expect before we hit each hike. The hikes were strenuous so be sure to wear comfortable shoes! I would definitely recommend this tour!
Our tour guide was the best ! Not only a expert guide, he provided memorable info about the area, and was very personable and accomodating. I liked that we had time on our own at each of the towns and appreciated that he knew the train schedule so well (which allowed us maximum time at each stop!)
Amazing tour, guide and scenery. Angel was perfect at his job, making everyone feel special. The hiking was challenging after heavy rain but he kept us safe and even carried my belongings so that I could be hands free. Definitely a big day but worth it in every way.
This was the best tour I have ever had. The guides were very informative and made everyone laugh and have a good time. They had options if you didn't want to hike anymore. We took a bus, train, hiked and a boat. Very awesome day. The guides told us a lot of history on the bus and lunch had the most awesome view. I have recommended this tour to everyone I know.
We had a great day and loved the trip to Cinque Terre. Our guide Angelo (Angel) was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and lots of fun. A great thank you to our guide "Angel" for helping me down the part of the path when my Acrophobia suddenly came back. Cinque Terre is beautiful! The food was great and I would do this tour again.
