The tour was excellent with the tour guide giving us plenty of information on our way to Cinque Terre. I loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone.

A well run little tour to get a brief introduction to cinque terre. If the weather is good and fitness permits, we think the hike would be more enjoyable. As it turns out the weather turned and we were very greatful to be able to jump on the bus.

Very heavy rain, so boat ride was cancelled. Approached the villages from the land side, in the pouring rain. By lunch-time it had cleared up, so we visited Porto Venere then. Very nice guide.

Nice day with Jonathan , well spoken local guide who has been in the industry for years, but not stale. He drove safely, was responsible for our schedule, and took time to be a real host as well. i highly recommend him and would be happy to use him for tours on another trip.

Matteo was a great driver and very knowledgeable about the area. The small group of 6 was perfect for the size of van. I had a great time and would recommend it to my friends.

This is a tour you can not miss! I went on this tour on Friday April 13th 2012. First the views are amazing and breathtaking! Some of the villages you visit are very short, but you only have so much time to see everything. Our tour guide was amazing his name was Jonathan and was full of information. He was funny and made the tour enjoyable for all. (Jonathan if you are reading this I am the one who got on the wrong train) I cant say enough about this tour it was beautiful and Jonathan our tour guide really made this a special encounter. Please don't miss out on a great and fun adventure. This was an A++++ tour! It was truly Amazing!

Let me first say how WONDERFUL our guide was on this trip. Not only was he a wealth of information about everything we passed during the trip, but he also cares very much about the comfort and well being of the people on his tour. I feel tourists should know that this tour involves an approximately 2 hour drive from Firenze to the Cinque Terre in each direction. Also, due to a landslide last fall, you will not see Vernazza on this tour, contrary to the description. We lucked out, as the other people scheduled to be on the tour with us cancel the day before. This resulted in a private tour for my daughter and I! Our guide gave us the choice of stopping in either Luca or Portovenere in place of Vernazza. We chose Portovenere and it was amazing! It's an upscale Cinque Terre and I loved it! The Cinque Terre is beautiful, but it was our guide that made this tour so wonderful. It was a rainy day, and he bought my five year old daughter an umbrella. He made sure to have the car ready and waiting for us so as to avoid getting wet. When my daughter reached for his hand to walk the streets, he didn't mind at all. Our guide is a pure class act. We invited him to lunch with us, during which he told us all sorts of knowledge of regional Italian foods and wine. The next time I go to Firenze, I will be directly contacting the tour company and requesting our guide. Grazie mile for such a wonderful day. This was by far the highlight of our week in Italy, even with the rain.

Our guide, Claudio, was congenial and knowledgeable about Cinque Terre. We had to take a train to the various villages, but due to a problem (not his fault), we missed going to the fourth village of Caroglia. To make up for our error, on the way back he took us to Portovenere, another lovely seaside town with a wonderful medieval section. It was a perfect day!

Very personal attention with the tour guide, who was very knowledgeable. A beautiful group of villages. It was much easier to get there with a guide versus figuring buses and trains, etc.

the tour was an eye opener! Luca our tour guide was good at telling us about the history of the area and the many interesting facts. We appreciated his commentary and knowledge. The sightseeing was spectacular and the pesto we had in one of the villages was the best i have ever had. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. WELL DONE GUYS!

Amazing way to get a taste of Cinque Terre. We loved Luca, our guide. The car ride out was comfortable, we had adequate time in each place we were scheduled to go, and we got tons of information while there. We couldn't have asked for a better day trip!

Great trip. Good Guide. Though Vernazza is not accessible during our trip, the guide substitute it with a visit to Portovenere, which is as remarkable as the Cinque Terre region. Fully satisfied.

A highlight of our holiday. We loved the small group tour, that gave us plenty of time throughout the day to enjoy and explore the region and get into areas that large tour coaches wouldnt. Our driver/guide went out of his way to accommodate everyone and made sure we had a great day

This trip was wonderful. Claudio, our guide, was great. Because of previous bad weather in part of Cinque Terre, all of the 5 lands were not accessible. However,we went to 2 of the lands, then our guide took us to another town and to a lovely local restaurant. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Despite closure of 2 of the towns, this trip was AMAZING !! Highly recommended. The sites were beautiful.
Our driver/guide Claudio was so easy-going, friendly and enthusiastic. We side-tripped to Pisa at the end. Unfortunately, the PA system in the car was not working so Claudio not able to provide too much commentary during the drive.
