Good tour, but the drive in the van made me queasy with winding mountain roads.

We had a wonderful guide, but did not spend a lot of time in the towns. Plus, the weather was blustery so we didn't do the boat.

We enjoyed the small group, and the tour guide was informative and very nice. I wish we could have spent a little more time in the first town.

I loved the idea of a small group, and the driver was very friendly! The only disappointment was that we were unable to take the boat ride because of the water conditions.

Our driver was crazy, and there were tons of people on the tour. The water is beautiful, but in general it is overrated. Vernazza is the best of them.

For that price, I was expecting a bit more than just ride in a car, especially since it is possible to get to Cinque Terre by train. Yes, the villages and the views were spectacular, but it was the nature and place, not Viator's efforts. Guide was nice.

This was the only tour we took that we wished we hadn't. Another day in Florence's atmosphere and museums would have been a better investment in time. We had seen the Amalfi Coast by boat the prior week and thought that was more spectacular and less "touristy". A visit to Lake Como at the end of our trip cemented the feeling that Cinque Terre is the 3rd option of the three. The tour did everything it promised to do, but in our circumstance the magic just wasn't there.

Amazing, there were only three people on the trip. The only reason I gave a lower rating was the price factor, but it is definitely worth it if you've got the cash to spend.

We were very disappointed, as we were not told ahead of time that this trip very rarely goes. We were told by the company that they wouldn't know until the day before the trip whether or not it would go. That left us at a disadvantage because we couldn't book anything else for that day. I would not recommend.
