The driver arrived early, was friendly and provided excellent service. We were concerned since we had an early AM flight, and had to be picked up at 5:20am, but there he was, ready and waiting for us. Wonderful service.
Operator was punctual and polite. This made up for the apalling experice we had upon arrival in Florence.

Taking a transfer was the only way to go to the airport after a long busy week. My daughter and I just didn't want to think about anything other than getting there on time. Our driver spoke excellent english and we chatted during the drive. The van was very clean and nice.
