Very very pleased with service. Driver was waiting for us right at exit and quickly led us to the car right outside. Driver very attentive, polite and helpful. What a great welcome to Florence! After long international flight I did not want the hassle of trying to find taxi to hotel, etc.

On-time, courteous, accommodating even dropped a friend and her luggage off at the train station en route to the airport. A lovely end to our fantastic holiday - highly recommended.

Unless you have a lot of people travelling together as a group, taking a taxi is much less expensive, considering how close the airport is in Florence to most of the hotels.
