Nice way to see the highlights and get the lay of the land while learning about the history of Florence's architecture.
This should be the first thing you do when you get to Florence that's what I did. It's great to get a lay of the land. On my walking tour later I was showing other people around and really knew my way around because of this tour. You cover a LOT of ground. As other reviews say, beware if you're not a great bike rider. You don't have to be an expert by any means, but it was a lot of dodging cars and pedestrians. Some people even got off and walked.
Not great gelato so don't have high expectations for that, but you can see where all the good ones are! I got the chocolate here, but should have gone with mango. Mistake! But the bike tour was not. You won't regret doing it.
So fun! Recommended as first thing to do so you can get your barings!
Guide Valentina took us around safely and was very informative. Great way to get an overview of the city. I would recommend to a friend.
Valentina showed enthusiasm and knowledge while she sowed us the beautiful sights of Florence. Her love of the city and the art throughout the city came through in her lively tour.
This tour provided a great view of the city and Valentina our tour guide gave a thorough history perspective about Florence, the Artists and the Buildings. Our group was fairly small, which kept the pace of the tour just right. Valentina also provided some great tips on where to eat.
Francesca did a fantastic job and everything went very smoothly.
Excellent tour - highly recommended! We saw so much of the city on this tour, far more that we did on foot. Our guide Federica was a local Art student who knew her stuff and kept us entertained the entire way round. I had a mechanical issue with my bike whilst out on the tour and this was resolved quickly and professionally by the team. All in all a very worthwhile tour and one I would definitely do again!

I love taking bike intro yours! It's a great way to get around and suss the place out. It also gives you the confidence to hire in the following days and explore more on your own. You can cover so much more area on a bike and good exercise.
Amazing bike tour! My friends and I did this tour the first day we were in Florence. A perfect way to see several Florence sights in a small amount of time, gain knowledge about the history of the city and get a great idea of where you may want to spend more time. Highly recommended!
Fun and informative. We discovered places we hadn't reached on foot. Great Gelato stop too! We didn't want to give the bikes back.
We spent 2 weeks in Europe and this was one of our favorite tours. We liked the fact that we did several stops and that the tour guide looked for streets that were not that crowded. We enjoy having gelato at the end of the tour. The tour was really different and fun.
amazing tour in an amazing city ,
the guide/she has a lot of positive energy
Highlight of my Florence trip! 2 hour bike ride where you see ALL the famous piazzas in Florence. Great way to spend a morning.
Excellent way to start our stay in Florence! It was not too long 2 hours and very affordable. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and she gave us very interesting stories. It does not require much effort to do this bike tour as we spent more time listening to our tour guide, Valentina, than biking itself which is what we were looking for. It's a perfect way to get familiar with the area as well. Well done Valentina! Caroline, Martin and Marianne
Loved this tour! Great way to get around the city and orientate yourself. Ilaria was a great guide, very enthusiastic, bubbly, fun and smiley - it was a real pleasure to be shown around Florence by someone who knows and loves it so well. Thanks!
This trip was one that we booked last minute, about one hour before, and ended up as one of our highlights of our whole trip to Italy! The BEST way to view Florence - it was more than we could have imagined and much for fun as well. Our tour Mario was amazing. He loves the city of Florence, born and raised there and it's easy to tell he enjoys sharing about this city. We stopped at each major attraction as well as a local artist shop that was an added bonus. For this price, don't think twice - absolutely worth it!
Great tour and fab guide Frederica not sure thats the female spelling though, sorry. Well worth the money, highly recommended.
This was an excellent way to explore the inner city areas of Florence! Our guide, Julia was very helpful and we had a lot of fun!
Our tour guide Gulia was very welcoming, she guided us through the city well amongst traffic and went through the beautiful city of Florence and its extensive history. Overall the tour was fun, educational and definitely recommended!
I thought Florence was way too touristy and smoky (bad air everywhere), but if your going to Florence, you should do this tour. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We had a great guide and great fun.
Our tour guide Vanessa was charming. Fortunately, we had the morning tour when crowds were lighter and weather not as hot. The roads were flat and easy to navigate, until the crowds grew around midday. Our guide loves her city and gave great descriptions of all it's wonderful points of interest. I highly recommend this tour.
Barbara was a great guide! She was so personable and knowledgeable! The biking was enjoyable although Florence was crowded. The only negative was that 2 of the guests were inexperienced with biking and burdened the group. Maybe better Viator advisories could be better posted. I would highly recommend this tour as you cover so much more ground on bikes than walking!
