We loved it. I have been to Florence before but on the bike I got to see a different side of the city.

Our tour guide was first rate - a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about Florence. It was freezing cold otherwise I could have spent the entire day with this man learning one fascinating thing after another about Florence.

A wonderful tour of a beautiful city, with a personable guide who tailored the tour to our interests in architecture and history. We had an excellent guide and companion. And the gelato was great, too!

A nice way of exploring the small, narrow streets of Florence. And the gelato is always welcome!

Lovely. We explored new areas of Florence.

You see more of the city than walking in the same time period. You do not see the insides of any churches. Good gelato stop. One of the partners was our tour guide and he was proud of his city and knew many craftspersons, so we stopped at several shops to see how work that is unique to Florence was done - jewellery crafting and inlaid stone. No pressure to buy or if there was, I missed it.

If you are looking for a leisurely ride around Florence, you will not find it. The guide was great, the sites were great but peddling through Florence with small streets and fast driving cars was a bit scary at times. The tour itself is very good, but you should be comfortable on a bike.

Good opportunity to get an idea of the layout of the city. Bikes were great and easy to use, very leisurely pace. At times it was difficult to know where the guide was going to go next and you did not have an opportunity to prepare to go up inclines, through lights, etc.

Good history, not much in terms of local biking information nor expertise from the tour guide.
