After seeing the Galleria dell'Accademia, we needed a bit of a sit down and hopped on the bus. We did the shorter of the two tours first. Then we went to the Uffizi and, when it was very hot, we went on the longer tour up to Fiesole. The breeze was most welcome, and the commentary was very clear and informative. I would recommend that anyone who is going on one of the longer tours should bring their own comfy earphones, though, as the ones provided did leave me a bit sore after an hour and a half. Florence is very busy, with something amazing on ever street corner, and this tour was a really foot-friendly way to get an overview of the city. It's very useful, too, if like us you have a limited amount of time and a small child in tow.

It was like a dream; the service, the city, and the option of having various times to travel if you keep your ticket. In the morning, we got the first tour and in the night, we got to see all the city ablaze with lights. It was wonderful!

This was a great value for money, and it gave us a brilliant insight into the relative geography of Florence and its sights. The trip to Fiesole is highly recommended.

This was a great way to see other areas of Florence that you wouldn't see on walking tours. The Fiesole option was great!

Very, very well run. Bus is easily distinguishable from others and offers an A line trip and a B line trip and the headsets work well. This one was well worth every penny spent.

Wonderful. The tour was easy to get to. Easy to get on and off. Had extremely nice people running it. Only problem was that 1 day one bus was down and the wait between buses was double what they said. Still, I loved it!

I advise all to ride the bus as soon as you get there. You will get your bearings and see more than just the traditional tourist attractions. Wonderful experience.

Florence was the most beautiful Italian city we visited and I am glad we got some basic information about the city by way of this tour first. Very helpful and courteous guides and a great view also of the Tuscany hills. Definitely recommend starting here if you've never seen Florence.
