It's a must for seeing all the sights around Florence. There are a hundred different places to visit of historical value. When you go across the bridge you certainly do see "A room with a view"... fantastic!!!

I loved the bus and the information that it gave. This is a must in Florence and in any other city that you will be visiting for at least two days. It helps you get a sense of the city. I'd definitely recommend it.

Fantastic tour. The audio is clear and you can switch between the lines - one of which will take you on a lovely trip up in into the hills of Fiesole. I highly recommend this!

The tour was great, and allowed us to visit the more distant sights before traveling central Florence and the museums on foot. It's the way to go!

Very hot and no AC in tour bus. Stops are too long at each point. Bus waits for several minutes and during hot days makes this almost intolerable. On one bus the upstairs sound system did not work and response was 'yes, it doesn't work'. Nice tour stops, Fiesole stop outside of town was terrific.

This was a very good tour, included Fiesole which is five miles north of Venice. Don't miss going there. There is no real savings buying tickets ahead of time, get them on the bus or at a shop next to the pick up point. Buses were busy, but not too crowded. Maybe it gets more difficult after mid July when European schools get out for the summer.

Overall the tour was a good experience. The bus driver on the first route of the city tour was driving too fast for me to take pictures. The driver on the second route was great, and it was fun to get a higher view of the city and surroundings.

The hop on, hop off bus service frequency at Florence was definitely much better than Milan's service. The Fiesole side of the bus trip was very scenic. And the Piazzale Michelangelo provides a breathtaking view of the city from the small hill top! Overall, had a good time with this tour.

We did three similar tours in three cities, and this was the best. We could actually hear and understand the commentary! The voice was clear and the information matched the appropriated segment of the journey.
