We did three similar tours in three cities, and this was the best. We could actually hear and understand the commentary! The voice was clear and the information matched the appropriated segment of the journey.

We enjoyed the fact that there were two different routes, but because the city is not "bus friendly," the stops were not strategically placed. We wasted a lot of time waiting for the bus.

The Florence City Hop On Hop Off Tour is well worth doing. We did it early in the day to help us get our bearings. We then did the trip to Fiesole later in the day when we needed to rest! That was definitely worth doing, the views were spectacular.

Had been to Florence in the past, so wanted to do something different. Bus was good to use for transportation to the sites we needed. We had a very rainy day and were happy to have the bus available! Was very convenient and commentary was good too.

This is an excellent tour with good staff, but a rotten timetable. Maybe because we were in the low season, there was only one bus on each route and you had to wait for it to come around again to pick you up.

Good way to see the outside of the city. Stops are not well marketing. Only rode the loop once.

This was so fun! We were able to see all of the sites and get some fabulous photos. It was cold and raining when we were there, but we still had a great time.
