This is the best way to see the sights and be able to spend time at any of the places pointed out. Take this tour on the first day, so you can decide what you want to go back to see more thoroughly.

There are lots of things to see, and you can enjoy many great views. However, it would be nice to have a small map to know exactly where the bus stops are located. We had to hunt for an hour to find an explanation, in which time we could have walked to our next destination.

This is an excellent way to get an overview of Florence. I suggest that you start early in the morning by doing the outer route first and then link to the inner route. It is possible to walk between the two routes within the city.

The hostesses on the buses were all very helpful, pleasant and kind. It was a great way to get an overview of the city and the bus was never full. We always got a seat on top. My 10 year old loved it. The buses always arrived where expected and on time. Very satisfied.

With three different lines available, you can go out into the countryside or just stay in the city. Very nice. I would recommend that you buy more than a one-day ticket and use it as public transportation. Commentary was available in several different languages.

The tour bus system runs two different routes throughout the city and its surrounding areas.

After seeing the Galleria dell'Accademia, we needed a bit of a sit down and hopped on the bus. We did the shorter of the two tours first. Then we went to the Uffizi and, when it was very hot, we went on the longer tour up to Fiesole. The breeze was most welcome, and the commentary was very clear and informative. I would recommend that anyone who is going on one of the longer tours should bring their own comfy earphones, though, as the ones provided did leave me a bit sore after an hour and a half. Florence is very busy, with something amazing on ever street corner, and this tour was a really foot-friendly way to get an overview of the city. It's very useful, too, if like us you have a limited amount of time and a small child in tow.

It was like a dream; the service, the city, and the option of having various times to travel if you keep your ticket. In the morning, we got the first tour and in the night, we got to see all the city ablaze with lights. It was wonderful!

This was a great value for money, and it gave us a brilliant insight into the relative geography of Florence and its sights. The trip to Fiesole is highly recommended.

This was a great way to see other areas of Florence that you wouldn't see on walking tours. The Fiesole option was great!

Very, very well run. Bus is easily distinguishable from others and offers an A line trip and a B line trip and the headsets work well. This one was well worth every penny spent.

Wonderful. The tour was easy to get to. Easy to get on and off. Had extremely nice people running it. Only problem was that 1 day one bus was down and the wait between buses was double what they said. Still, I loved it!

Wonderful!! The guides were helpful, and everything went smoothly! Definitely recommend! Especially walking down the hill and then getting on the bus!
