I loved the bus and the information that it gave. This is a must in Florence and in any other city that you will be visiting for at least two days. It helps you get a sense of the city. I'd definitely recommend it.

Fantastic tour. The audio is clear and you can switch between the lines - one of which will take you on a lovely trip up in into the hills of Fiesole. I highly recommend this!

The tour itself was great. We got to see more than we would have without it.

The tour was great, and allowed us to visit the more distant sights before traveling central Florence and the museums on foot. It's the way to go!

I loved the bus tour. It's the best way to see a new city. The staff on the bus were very helpful. The only thing that could have been better is that most of the time music was playing in the headphones. Sometimes it was interrupted by very short commentary. I felt like it should have been all commentary. I took amazing pictures from the top of the bus.

Great way to see Florence in a day. We had only one day in Florence, and I felt we saw every part of it.

Good to do if you don't have much time, and people were nice.

An excellent way to see the city and surrounding area and to select which attractions to visit.

We booked this tour because the routes took us up to Fiesole north of Florence and also south to Piazza Michelangelo, two viewpoints over the city. It was an easy way to get there, get off, enjoy the view and then take the next bus back.

It was a good way to see the city and learn the lay out. I would definitely recommend doing both routes. If you don't have that much time, you must check out Fiesole. It is on the longer route but gives you breathtaking views of the city. The guide didn't really give any suggestions on where to go to see the view but I found out you need to go up the hill near the church of San Fransesco, it's a very steep path but well worth the view. The bus is also good for getting around town and we didn't have to use any money for mass transit. On a personal note I left my camera on the bus while hopping off at a stop and they even helped me get it back! They get extra credit for that!

Good to get your bearings - less of interest than Rome, but worth the effort. When handing over ticket, by mistake also handed over my Uffizi ticket as well. Next day a lady on a tour bus went to great lengths and managed to retrieve my ticket. This was first class service which I doubt any UK employee would have bothered to do. Very impressed.
