We had great time.

For the first visit to Florence, this tour is more than important. It shows all the focus point in the city, with a very cultured person with good & clear English speaking slowly with familiar words that keep all tourists understanding all information. I would like also to point out that the guide was a very cultured art & history lover. She made us feel the history with her detailed information, strong personality and lovely intimate friendliness. She was wonderful.

The whole day tour was well organized. The morning tour guide, however, acted as if she was quite taken with herself, was often rude, bossy and condescending to the public around her. She outright yelled at people not in the group if they displeased her in some way. All else was really great! The lunch and afternoon tours were first class. All-in-all we had a very fine day and would recommend it to other travellers.

Absolutely horrible and unreliable explanations of a meeting point. We didn't miss the first part of the tour due to pure luck. Try to imagine looking for a corner of two piazzas, and you'll know what I'm talking about. Nice tour. It's disappointing that bus doesn't stop at Fiesole. We had an absolutely fantastic guide at Uffizi Gallery. Combining morning and afternoon tours is a good way to get a feel of Florence.

The guides knowledge of art was superb, she really brought the Uffizi Gallery to life and exceeded my expectations. Would be nice to see inside Santa Croce as well as just the outside. Although this may extend the tour by half an hour I think it would prove worthwhile.

Seeing the Accademia and Uffizi museums was amazing! The statue of David was unforgettable. Our guide was very comprehensive and spoke English very well. I would skip the included lunch and just go on your own; the food wasn't that great.

We missed the morning tour we were scheduled to take due to POOR DIRECTIONS to the meeting place. We found the site and tour office after the bus had left. We were able to take the afternoon tour, although it was to different sites.

Good tour guide. The bus trip great, gave us the opportunity to see Piazza Michelangelo, which is a bit of a distance from the centre of Florence. Very comfortable bus tour. Guide well informed and gave us interesting little facts about Florence. Best part was that we didn't have to line up for tickets to the museum to see the David!

Our guide seemed defensive at times, but the sites were incredible, and seeing the David at the conclusion of the morning was beyond description.

Missed some main sights I would have like to see. View from Piazza Michealangelo was well worth it. Enjoyed the guided tour in the Academia.

It was awesome to get to see the David, and the guide was really good. We got some great pictures of the city.

More walking than indicated on the website. Not too much normally, but for those with conditions that inhibit walking or standing for a long period of time, beware! But can't rate it because the site seems to indicate that you actually go into some of the places and we did not!

This tour is worth it just to skip the line going into the museum to see "David". The guide was interesting and amusing as well as being very informative.
