This tour was a good all-around overview. One thing I didn't like was that we were grouped with a Spanish speaking tour on a bus which meant that half the time we could not understand what was going on. I'm sure they filled us in, but it felt rushed and or shortened as there were two sharing the mic. Normally, this wouldn't bother me but on a tour I paid for I didn't particularly appreciate it. The lunch was about what you'd expect for the price - fair.

The local guides were very friendly and helpful with information and answered any questions asked. The lunch included in the full-day tour was excellent.

Going into see David with a guide made this trip worthwhile. The other sights we had already seen the day before on the hop-on-hop-off bus.

The guide was very knowledgeable, had impeccable English, and kept the group together. Not having to wait in line at the museum was the best, as that stop was at the end of the morning tour and the lines were very long.

This is a good tour if you only have a day and want to see the highlights. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We saw the statue of David, had a nice lunch, and then visited the Ufizzi gallery. I would have liked to have made this a two-day tour instead of one. There was a lot of walking.

Because we chose Tuesday afternoon and we came from Rome to the tour, we did not have enough time to see the last museum because we had to catch our train back.

We were really glad that we had booked the sight-seeing tour. We did the morning and afternoon tours on separate days, and would never have learned so much of Florence's history without them. We especially enjoyed the walking part of the tour, where our friendly and helpful guide pointed out interesting buildings we would have missed if we had just wandered around by ourselves. Of course, the real advantage of the tour is being able to avoid the queues and walk straight into the Accademia! Our guide was really knowledgeable and told us lots about the various exhibits. Michaelangelo's David was really worth seeing.

We were really glad that we had booked the sight-seeing tour. We did the morning and afternoon tours on separate days and would never have learned so much history without them. We especially enjoyed the walking tour. The big advantage was that we could go straight into the Uffizi without waiting in queues. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, but we did find the art gallery tour and the talks on the history of Italian Art perhaps a little too detailed, especially as it was almost repeated during the morning tour of the Academia.
