My friend and I were greeted by the rep with a wonderful smile and guided to where we were going to learn to cook. The chefs were wonderful and funny and really explained things at the market and whilst cooking. It was an amazing experience and the food we made turned out wonderfully and was served in the wonderfully romantically lit cellar and of course a wonderful glass of wine to finish the day. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Bravo!!

A terrific time spent cooking with a fabulous chef with a great personaity. All of our food was picked out earlier in the market and we group cooked. We all did hands on and it was so much fun. If you have the time, this is something that is truly memorable.

I have always loved to cook, but I have always had a soft spot in my kitchen for Italian food! After I visited the market, I had a full appreciation for Italians and the love they put into growing their food. The class was so informative and the guide gave us tips to use that day and for the years to come. It was the highlight of my trip to Florence!

Absolutely fabulous cooking school. Enjoyed the market visit and the hands on cooking. Setting in the wine cellar for lunch was an unexpected treat. The chefs were knowledgeable and entertaining.

A fun day! The local market was very informative and our chef make the whole day very enjoyable. Making friends with a great group of people from around the world was excellent and when we all sat down to eat the meal we had made, all I can say is Bellissimo! Well worth doing!

Enjoyed the class - The market visit was great and the recipes were excellent - The only disappointment was that I expected to use fresh pasta and was disappointed that we used the same pasta that I could purchase is the US.

We enjoyed this tour so much because while the cooking course was great, touring the market was so Italian! While I think going to the museums is a must, if you really want to get the feel of Italy and their food history you must see the market

Best food we ate in Italy ! Very gracious instructors/guides. We had 20 people in our group but there were 3 instructors so the ratio was good.

We had a great time with Francesco and Alessandro. The Market tour was very informative great info about where the food comes from and how it used in the Italian cuccina. At lot of cultural and regional info too! My daughter and I went back to the markets the next day and bought our food based on our experience the next day.
The cooking component was light and fun, no pressure only basic knife skills needed and the chefs are there to help. It was finished up with a 3 course meal with wine and a booklet of your recipes. So we learnt something new and left with full tummies! Thank you guys.

Excellent course. Very informative and amusing. The cookery school was a short walk from the central market and was exceptionally clean and well equiped. We worked in teams of six to share the preparation of different elements of the menu and then we sat down in a cool vaulted restaurant and ate it!! ( with a selection of wines too) Highly recomend
