This bike tour was really great -- a highlight of our trip! The smell of the gardens as we rode past, the scenery of the Arno River and Tuscan countryside and feeling like a local as we rode through morning traffic in a part of Florence that few tourists see, made the tour exceptional.
The bikes are really easy to ride. It was such a pleasure to climb the hills so easily. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is comfortable riding a bike in moderate traffic.
The young couple who own and run the company were delightful and well organized. I wish them well! I highly recommend this tour!
Excellent tour. Saw most of the historical sites. Easy ride for this mature couple. Would have been good to have identity vests on each rider so that others would know we were together
This tour was the highlight of our trip to Florence. It was great fun riding the Electric Bikes and the tour itself was amazing! You will visit a olive tree farm and also go to the top of Fllorence to Michelangelo's Piazza and the views are fantastic. Our guide was excellent and so very personable. She told us much about history and also made us feel right at home. The wine and snack at the end of the tour is a great way to wrap up the day. We HIGHLY recommend this tour! You will NOT be disappointed.
We had different guides for the morning and afternoon. Both were really excellent. Well worth the money for all the information. Would highly recommend
We highly, highly recommend this tour. Due to a mistake on our part we arrived at the incorrect meeting point for the tour. We had missed an update. Gabrielle put us at ease and used his excellent people skills to turn our shaky start to the day around and get the tour rolling. His expertise in getting us up to speed on riding an electric bike in Florence ensured we had a safe and enjoyable trip. The standout for us was Gabrielle's knowledge and passion for Florence and the beautiful surrounds of Fiesole. His easy going charm and friendly nature made the tour a fun way to see the city from a different angle and soak up some culture from the back of an electric bike. We would do it again and hopefully one day we can. David and Tina - Australia.
I booked this as a surprise for my wife as we were in Florance for 4 days, it was the highlight of the trip for us,
the trip into Tuscany was so easy on the bikes, the hills stood no chance, and it was so real as we were in the air with the smells and sounds.
the explanations some times lacked detail but were delivered in a charming way and we enjoyed all the other "local" details the trip took 4 hours and we enjoyed every second.
Our electric bike tour of Florence was amazing. Our guide Gabriel was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Florence. We rode up the hills of Florence to Fattoria Di Maiano olive orchid and tasted the best olive oil. The tour lasted about 4 hours and we didn't want to stop. We highly recommend this tour. The electric bikes are easy to ride and you get exercise at the same time. Gabriel and his girlfriend own the e-bike tour company and went out of their way to make our short stay in Florence memorable. We would love to return to Florence and would go on another e-bike tour with Gabriel.

The electric bike tour is the perfect way to get just outside of the city without having to take a crowded tour bus. My guide Gabriel was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the history of Florence. Also, the beauty of the electric bikes is that anyone who can ride a bike and has even a moderate fitness level can tackle the hills just outside the city. In all, a great way to spend a half day away from the tourist crowds and experience the rest of the city. Highly recommended!
Great way to see a bit of Florence and the immediate countryside. Electric bikes are the way to go!
Every tourist in Florence should do this tour. Alessia from the company that rent the electric bikes was very good though she was ill that day with a flu. The electric bike is very easy to ride.
This was a great way to spend an afternoon in florence. It was so fun to get to see some of the beautiful countryside outside of the city. The electric bikes are easy to ride and make the hills a breeze. Our guide was also really fun.
If you can choose to do one thing in Florence .. this is it!! Thee best way to see Florence with no effort!! The electric bikes allow you to go straight up hills without ever getting out of breath :) It's incredible to see the sights of Florence and surrounding Tuscany in this unique way. Our tour guide was the sweetest and nicest person. She showed us so many beautiful sights all at our own pace and of course with the ease of the electric bike doing the work for you. She brought water along for us. And then we stopped at an Olive Farm where we sampled delicious home grown olive oil with fresh bread ~ yum. All while viewing a beautiful Tuscany view. We also stopped in town for another snack and some delicious wine. Over all.... our favorite tour and a "must" if you are visiting Florence !!! Highly recommend this tour :)
This was a great tour. I felt like we really got to see florance. Our tour guides were so nice and friendly. We chose this tour because we could bring our 8 year old son and he had a great time.
Wow this trip was amazing We had such a good time. Alessia and Gabriele are the couple who run this business .Really nice young couple Speak really good english We had abit of trouble finding the meeting place as we had only arrived in Florence the night before but Gabriele waited for another 15minutes till we found the place. We are a couple in our 50's and found it easy to bike the hills around Florence with the powered bikes and to navigate the windy streets of Florence with our great tour guide Alessia.Would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to do something abit different. Was a highlight for us. Thanks guys
Really enjoyed the electric bike tour. The tour itself was full of beautiful Italian countryside and city scapes. Our guide was engaging, charming and interesting. The one suggestion I would give is to incorporate a bit more history into the tour. Highly recommended for an enjoyable and interesting morning.
Wow,wow, wow! What a great tour, do not see Florence any other way except on this electric bike tour. It was a blast. The half day tour we did with Gabriel and Aleisha as our guides was the best four hours we spent in Florence. They were fantastic guides that kept us safe in all the small amount of traffic that we encountered, most of it was cycle lanes and out in the country. The itinerary that they had covered the best aspects of Florence from frisole and the beautiful olive farm, to riding along the Arno river and the quaint little wine bar for snacks at the end. Definitely much better than taking a tour bus or walking, especially if travelling with teens or kids. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone of any age as I am a middle age mum with two teenage daughters and we had a brilliant and really fun time. Thank you to Gabriel and Aleisha. You guys are the best.

My wife and loved this tour! A great way to see the city and travel outside and see some of Tuscany!
Excellent! We learned so much about Florence and I didn't feel guilty eating all the delicious Italian food after all the exercise.
what a great tour! We got to see the city, and the countryside, as well as have some snacks and drink wine. our guide was friendly and fun and even in the pouring rain we had a blast, thanks again
Alessia was a great bike- tour host. She took the time to ensure that we understood how to work the bikes, had us use them a bit to show ability, and then we were off touring Florence at a reasonable and easy to follow speed. She was relaxed and allowed us to just enjoy the ride, intermittently stopping to provide information on the area. We booked for a Sunday evening and although the day of the week was a good choice which resulted in less traffic....the Italian drivers do drive fast and close....the time of season meant that most of our tour at night. The sites were beautiful at night and Alessia carefully watched us from a safety standpoint but it is more difficult to watch for pedestrian traffic and cars when it is dark. I would definitely book this tour again but would go for a morning tour, November evenings come too soon. The tour group may want to consider starting their fall evening tours at one p.m.
