Tour was exceptional and our tour guide Lenora was amazing with her knowledge of Florence, her detailed explanation of Michelangelo David and other works of arts at the Academia was very enlightening, her enthusiasm brought with it a contagious appreciation of these wonders of the world that can never be felt by viewing a picture on television or book, please pass along mine and my Girlfriend appreciation for a great tour
unfortunately it was raining on our tour day but It didn't matter. wonderful tour, great guide. definitely recommend this tour. only thing is there is not much time for lingering, taking pics, etc....fast paced.
Very good guide made the tour interesting, she became very passionate when we got to the statue of David.

Outstanding tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable.. Just a wonderful city. Going back soon
Eleanora was a very knowledgeable guide and both passionate about her work and great at relating her love of Florence to her guests. She made the tour interesting and fun.
Great way to get a quick introduction to Florence and the surrounding area. The guide was very informative and very knowledgeable as well. Handled the group very well, particularly during the walking tour where many other tour groups were present. Highly recommend this tour.
There is so much to see and experience in this little city. The guides that accompanied us in the museums provided a wealth of knowledge that one would not be able to obtain without their assistance. Fantastic experiences.
Fantastic halfday tour that included the museum Accadamia and the statue of David.
Fantastic tour. Great tour guide. The Uffizi gallery was amazing
the tour guides were terrific.
The initial boarding of the busses, which is a problem with the tour operators, is somewhat chaotic. As a minimum a small table, clearly labeled which tour it is, that checks off and hands out the headsets would enhance the experience.
From the Piazzella di Michelangelo, the panoramic view of the city was amazing! The art and history of Florence is well worth the visit and in our opinion, there is no better way to experience it than with a professional guide. Our guides, both on the bus and at the Galleria dell' Accademia, were very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. The artistic talents of Michelangelo are incredible, and nothing is a better example of that than his famous David. Seeing it in person and up close was the opportunity of a lifetime. I highly recommend this tour. An additional benefit is that it's also a great way to beat the long line for entry to the Galleria dell' Accademia.
Well arranged knowlegdeable guide and a pace that was right for us. Loved it, enjoyed it and would recommend to any and all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Florence. We did the Full Day tour, and we were impressed on the knowledge, the passion and the ease of this tour. Both our morning and afternoon guides were wonderful and delightful to be around. Their knowledge and teaching of the arts and history are very impressive.
Enjoyed our guides who were very knowledgeable. We did the lunch included and it was very good.
Superb tour. The guide at the Uffizi galleries was excellent.
Well worth doing.
This was a very nice tour through Florence. I enjoyed going out of town a bit and seeing the different neighborhoods and views. Our guide was great. He was always making sure everyone was together and safely walking on the street even though we were a big group. He was very knowledgable about the city and the sights we were seeing. The guide we had after we got to the Uffizi and were split into smaller groups was also great. He really knew about the art that we saw and what made it special. All in all, great tour!
The half-day tour of Florence is well worth it. Our guide was very informative and provided us with an insight to some of Florence's highlights. Our tour included skip the line entrance to the Academia and while we had to wait approximately a half hour in line, the wait was well worth it. Seeing the original David and not a copy is a MUST! Would recommend this half-day tour wholeheartedly.
Florence was my favorite city and the tours, morning and afternoon, were both great with an excellent tour guide.

We took the full-day tour which consists of two independent half-day tours. The morning tour covers the Accademia Gallery and the afternoon tour covers the Uffizi Gallery. Both morning and afternoon guides were knowledgeable and able to hold our attention - not easy to do when your brain is overloaded with information.
Our guide, Patricia, was excellent she was very informative and interesting. The tour of the Uffizzi was fascinating and she spent a lot of time with us, imparting knowledge and answering questions. She was informative without being boring or patronising.
