Very good and informative. We had a different guide for the morning and afternoon. Both were excellent. Would not have learned about the history on our own. Lunch was included and was very good.

Our half-day tour was absolutely terrific! Our tour guide (wish I could remember her name) was not only highly informative...but,absolutely IN LOVE with her subject matter. We thorougly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to ANYONE whose time in Florence might be short...but who wishes to go long on learning a whole lot about Florence's great history.
Great Time, and excellent tour guides. They really know their imformation and I felt as if we were in a class and not on a tour. They shared insites into Florence. I would defintely use Viator again. Thanks for making our day a full and informative and fun time.
The tour guide was very passionate about the art and made you look at the statue of David in such a way that I would near have noticed if I didnt do his tour. Thank I wish I could remember your name.
Viator has the best guides. Perhaps a little too quick for the over 60's ex smoker. They are well informed, and can answer even more questions than those answered during the tour.
Our tour guide (Juliana?) did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable of art history. The stories attached to the artist and their works were fascinating.

Loved the full day tour! Ida and Elvio were great guides, full of knowledge! Enjoyed the lunch -- wine, water, two kinds of pasta, bruschetta and tiramisu for dessert. Visits to the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia were highlights, as was the drive up to Piazzale Michelangelo. Be preparing for lots of walking/standing, but you will learn so much about Florence in a single day!
We did the full-day tour with lunch included.. well worth it. Our guides were very knowledgeable and gave us so much information at the Ufizzi and Accademia. It's been proven to me Viator chooses the best tours to offer. Highly recommended
We had a wonderful experience on the full day tour. It was very crowded since it was the Saturday before Easter Sunday, but everything went smoothly.
The tour guide, Angelo, that we had in the afternoon to tour the Uffizi galleries was tremendous. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very mindful of the other people in the museum. He focused on a theme as we went through the museum which helped make a very overwhelming museum manageable.
Outstanding! This tour was fantastic. The lunch was great, the tour guides very knowledgeable. Next time, need at least a half day in the Uffizi, We only got to see one floor, basically ran out of time. Florence should be a 2-3 day visit.
A must for every first time visitor. The tour guides were really good. Go for full day package with lunch included.
