This was a fantastic experience with very professional and knowledgeable guides. I will definitely recommend Viator to friends, and will use the company again in the future.

I took the full day tour and it was great! The lunch was very good and our guide at the Uffizi was very friendly and knowledgeable without being boring. Our group gave him a round of applause at the end of the tour.

Very knowledgeable guides, especially on the morning tour. She was totally committed and enthusiastic about her subject, and gave us an excellent grounding for subsequent visits we made on our own. The three-course lunch with wine was excellent as well.

I really enjoyed the half bus and walking tour. Our guides were very knowledgeable. I picked the full day tour, and the lunch was very nice.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, mainly because the tour guide was very knowledgeable in the history of Florence & Uffizi paintings and spoke perfect English. I highly recommend this tour, there was no wait time to get into the gallery, which is a plus, as most times there is a two-hour wait time if not on a tour.

The tour was fantastic!! We had so much to see in such a short time. I just wish we could have done the full-day tour instead of the morning tour. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. She definitely knew her history of Florence.

This is the only way to go. Enjoyed the informative comments from the guide. Took the full day and enjoyed lunch with locals. Happy we went.

The tour was great. We saw so much in the half day tour. There would be no way that we could have covered so much ground on our own, and our guide was great. He was very passionate about everything he spoke about. The only thing I regret was not doing the full day tour, because we never got the chance to go into the Uffizi Gallery, which is included in the afternoon portion of the tour.

We did the morning tour and wish we had signed up for the full day tour of Florence. The guide was terrific! His love for Florence was evident as he spoke. He really gave us a lot of interesting insight into Michelangelo.

Excellent trip. Interestingly there were absolutely no queues. Keep in mind, this was the start of December, and the weather still reasonable, so if you're avoiding crowds this is an excellent time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had good interaction with the group. Very impressed.

I used Viator to set up all of our tours in Italy. This made things very easy for us because all we had to do was show up at the designated locations, which were easy to find. This allowed us to maximize our vacation and alleviated any stress of having to plan our tours on the spot.
