Our guide was excellent and gave informed, thorough explanations of what we saw.

We did the full-day trip with lunch. Overall it was a good tour. The only problem was to find the meeting point in the morning - the sign is very small and is printed only on one side, so it cannot be seen if you're arriving from another direction. Hopefully they will fix it. The guides provided us with interesting and helpful information. The lunch was not bad; it included wine, pasta and dessert. Overall it was a nice experience.

Tour was great. Only improvement would be to have more time in the Accademia - very little time spent there. Also, time was wasted waiting for others in the group who did not show back up at the appointed time.

I think the full-day tour provided a good overview of what Florence had to offer, and I was glad that I did it. I learned a lot about Florence in one day; maybe a bit more than I bargained for. The included lunch was okay.

The tour guide was terrific. He was very passionate about Italian art history and shared shared this with the group. We took many tours during our trip around Italy, and this was certainly in the top two. Thank you for a clever and informative tour that was not just centred around Michelangelo's David but all of Florence's art history. Just wonderful.

Enthusiasm of the guide for the Uffizi galleries came over extremely well. Use of the radio mics also added to the enjoyment, as you didn't have to stand right next to the guide. You could wander the rooms, but still enjoy her passion for the artwork.

Morning tour was incredible. Our guide was superb - knowledgeable, polite, great speaker, the works. Afternoon tour was OK but would have been so much better with a better guide. Ours was rude, and we could hardly hear her, ended up leaving the group as soon as we entered the Uffizi. Incredible what a difference a good tour guide makes.

This was a good tour with a good guide. We would recommend it as offering an excellent understanding of the city highlights for 'first timers'.

Our English guide was fabulous. She had a very dry sense of humor, and her stories about the sights we were experiencing were certainly not boring. A very nice tour!

If you have a limited time in Florence, then this is an awesome option, as the tour will take you to the two most famous galleries the Accademia and the Uffizi. You will also have a good stroll around the streets of Florence, passing by the main landmarks, as have a quick drive through Fiesole with gorgeous views of Florence on the way.

Definitely do this tour instead of just the guided Uffizi or Accademmia tours. You get the same thing plus a good overview of the city by bus.

We hadn't given ourselves enough time in Florence, so the afternoon tour giving a quick overview of some important and scenic sites and the walk through of the Uffizi gallery was a tremendous boon. Our guide was informative, enthusiastic and patient throughout. Kudos to him, especially.

Ours was a half-day tour of Florence that included as its highlights the Piazza della Signioria and its notable buildings and architecture, a drive to Fiesole, and a short visit to the Uffizi. It was about exactly what we expected, and our guide was knowledgeable, genteel, well-spoken and most generous in answering questions. Certainly guides are the most important aspect of a tour, and he deserves high praise for his information and great good humor. We were grateful as well for his recommendation of a restaurant that offered good food at fair prices and service staff who were themselves charming and helpful. Bravo!
