Florence is impossible to see in one day, but the professional guides provided a fascinating and interesting insight into a truly incredible city.

This was our second visit to Florence, and we had not seen the city the way this bus tour showed it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and the bus was very comfortable. Thanks!

The tour was well worth it, but the museum was closed for some reason, so we had to wait a long time to get in, and we missed our lunch. We had to eat on the run to the afternoon tour. Our guide was extraordinary! What a great time we all had with her - such a smart and funny woman.

It's a good tour if you plan to see the city of Florence along with Uffizi gallery. Our guide was fantastic and spoke English very well. She had knowledge of paintings which made the tour very interesting. At the end of the tour, we were taken by bus to a hill from where we had a view of Florence. We were not allowed to get off the bus on the hill which was very disappointing.

The guide was very good, and the arrangements for the bus, tickets, etc. were all handled well. I feel that perhaps I missed crucial information by only doing the afternoon portion, but that was all I could do after a midday arrival. It should be made clear that the Uffizi Gallery is not available on Mondays, which was a great disappointment.

I highly recommend the morning tour with lunch thrown in. I had a very interesting guide, and experienced just enough culture for a morning.

The tour guide we had was outstanding. She had a real passion for the city of Florence. She brought others and myself to tears talking about the statue of David!

If you have little time to spend in Firenze, then you will want to take this full day tour. It got us past lines at the Uffizi. We are not art lovers, so we left the tour before it ended, but that was our choice.

We did just the morning tour, and it was a great way to hit the highlights and get oriented in city with so much to see. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made the tour all the more interesting. And getting to see "David" was worth the price of admission. The only disappointment was that we did not go inside the cathedral, which I thought was included in the tour.

When visiting a foreign city, it is definitely best to take a tour. This was informative, well organized, and a good value for the money; and that is coming from an old fusspot!

Cutting to the front of the museum lines was worth the price all by itself. The guides were informative, and the tours gave us a good idea of where to go back to on our own for in-depth exploration.

We did this on Monday so had the alternate museum, the walking tour was great but a little fast paced, museum tour excellent, bus portion was nice but since there were no stops it seemed a little like just a time killer. Description doesn't really tell you how much walking is involved, it was significant. Arrived in Florence late morning, this tour was a good way to get our feet on the ground and figure out where things were.

The tours were great, although the website needs to be updated. Our afternoon tour stated that we would be visiting the Franciscan Church of Santa Croce interior. This was not the case and we had to pay an extra 10 euro to go into the interior. Many in the group planned on going in and were unhappy when they found out that the website was wrong, therefore we agreed to pay the extra to go in.
On the other hand the lunch was outstanding and even included both red and white wine which was not stated on the website. Our afternoon tour guide was very passionate about the paintings in the Galleria del Uffizi and went into a bit too much detail.
An excellent way to get your bearings if you are new to Florence, as well as a great way to skip the queues for some of the major attractions. If you are interested in the history of art the guides are excellent!
