Most sites were just a walk by and did not actually go in. Lunch was good. Morning tour guide moved too fast, afternoon guide too slow.

No time at Galleria Academia and the Uffizzi. Too much talking from the guide and not enough free time. Lunch was great but we were ushered out of the Galleria Academia without seeing it all.

We were loving it, but then it turned out to be far more walking than we expected. There were no earphones, so because we were slower, we missed a lot. My husband was in so much pain by the time we got to the David, that he had to sit and he missed out again without earphones. He also could not go on the afternoon tour and we had already purchased a ticket. The afternoon tour stated through Viator that we were going to a site where we could 'admire' the famous tombs. It is impossible to 'admire' something you are not taken to see. We stayed outside the Church for a very long time and could have easily been taken inside. We were only there one day and missed one of the most important things to see. We would have paid extra, but were not given that option. That was false advertising. The famous doors were not shown to us, either we stood on a sidewalk and were instructed to look that direction or this direction. The guides were terrific, but I still ended up feeling that I had missed out and could have been taken inside the cathedral.

Very impersonal and quickly done, with no time for pictures.

The tour was advertised in terms of what they showed you but it did not indicate that more than 50 percent of the tour was walking. We might have done this over 2 days. If you are not a good walker do not do the full day tour. I will say, however, that the location for the lunch was great and was much more than we had expected.

Excellent guide, but no transmitter and headsets. It was very difficult to hear the guide in the hordes of tourists.

Two tours in one day were too much. The morning guide gave too much personal information and opinion, and he did not leave any time for us to look around. The afternoon guide was difficult to understand, and we could not hear her, so we left the tour part of the way through. The afternoon bus ride took us up a hillside, but we could not get out for pictures - not a good use of the tour time.

The sightseeing is not good, the idea of looking at the city from a hill is nothing different from seeing another city. I'd rather spend the time looking something else, the museum is really good because you skip the line.

The description stated that you would not wait on a line at the museum. We waited for over 25 minutes. We couldn't hear the tour guide very well. Also, it was advertised that we were to see the tombs at the Church of Santa Croce, but we were told that the website hadn't been updated and the tombs weren't part of the tour anymore. They were the reason we booked the trip.

The tour was fine and a good way to see Florence; however, it would have been better if we had earphones as we couldn't hear the guides. The guides could have been a little bit more exciting; they seemed bored by the whole thing. There was too much discussion about less significant art pieces. You would be better off getting a guidebook and audio guide and going round the galleries yourself.

Through no fault of the tour company, two of the museums that we were scheduled to see were on strike. We were shown alternative museums, but not offered any rebate. The whole purpose for us to take this tour was to see the statue of David, but it was one of the museums closed.

I was disappointed that the bus made no stops so that we could get decent pictures of Florence from our excursion up to Fresole.

Half the tour was a walking tour, which should have been stated. In our late years, we could not keep up.

This wasn't really what I was looking for. I misunderstood what we were going to see. Maybe next time I will check more in depth.

The tour was OK, but the hop on, hop off service was as good at half the price. The museum entrance fee being covered was disappointing since we were expecting the Uffizi and got the Barghella instead.
