Excellent value. I was able to take in most the important sights within the single day, leaving little else that I had to see for myself.

We did the full day sightseeing tour and stopped in a really nice restaurant for lunch. Florence is such a personal city, and with this tour we found our way around immediately.

There is a lot to absorb in such a historical, multi-layered city, but the Viator tour effectively provided many of the highlights with educational input in just 3 hours.

We had a great time on the full day tour. The morning tour was all in English and was very well done. Lunch was very good; we got more than we expected and we enjoyed talking with the other travelers in our group. The bus trip in the afternoon was alternately conducted in three different languages, so was a little disjointed, but the tour in the museum was conducted by an English speaking guide, and was excellent. It was wonderful to not have to wait in the long lines at either of the museums!

This tour was great - it covers all the essentials in just one day. The guides were very knowledgeable and passionate about the artwork we saw in both the Accademia and Uffizi Galleries. And the lunch was at a great restaurant. If you're going to Florence, you really should book this tour, because you'll see everything you need for a short stay, and it would also give a great intro to the city to those staying longer.

Excellent tour, the viewing of David, the lunch was fantastic, and the afternoon Gallery tour was very good. It is a must to have the skip the line tour when visiting David, and the tour guides were excellent.

The full day tour was excellent. Florence is a charming city and the galleries were simply fabulous. Both the guides were very knowledgeable and also passionate about their job. They brought Firenze to life. We were taken to a quaint restaurant for lunch where we ate one of the best pastas in Italy. Very highly recommended!

This is an excellent tour giving a good overall picture of Florence. The guide was very good and very well-informed. She was able to answer all the questions fired at her. I would say that this tour is a "must" for first-time visitors to the city, and recommend that you take it on your first day there.
