Excellent - I was the only person in the bus.

The best for the first time visit of Florence. The bus will take you around the city to see main sightseeing by air condition bus. It's a great way to escape hot weather, especially when you don't have to walk up to Piazzale Michaelangelo and Fiesole hill.

This is great for a first day in Florence. The bus is comfortable and cool and the information provided about the history of the locations visited definitely keeps your interest. The tour also takes you into Fiore which has a completely different feel than the old world streets of Florence.

Very easy to find location of the agency, and the tour made the city so much more beautiful!

It was a very good tour, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The coach was excellent, and the driver was very good. I would recommend this tour but would point out that you don't get off the bus. It would have been nice to get off the bus and take a few pictures. It doesn't say in the description that you stay on the bus during the tour!

A good way to get the lay of the land in Florence if you have never been there.

The audio commentary was boring. I fell asleep because of the gaps in between the commentary. There were no stops at all and we only saw a glimpse of the backside of David at Piazzale Michelangelo. The tour could use some improvement.

I wouldn't do this again - Florence is small enough to see things on a walking tour. The recorded 'story' didn't always match up with where we were. I actually fell asleep. It was warm in the bus, which was good on a cold day.

The Florence bus tour was OK but not terrific. It was very difficult to find the bus location near the train station. I'd strongly recommend providing registrants with a map they can print out and take on their trip, we nearly missed the bus because we were wandering around trying to find the right bus. Also, it would have been much better if a tour guide had been available at the end of the bus ride to address questions. Overall, the experience was pretty impersonal and, as a result, less informative than we would have liked.

This was a tour for those who do not enjoy or are unable to walk the streets of Florence. I actually fell asleep during the long bus ride. It was just ok.

It was OK, it could have been better. Don't think I would do it again though.

Very disappointed bus did not stop for 5 or 10 minutes at Piazza Michelangelo to view Florence from this great vantage point in the hills. We had only brief glimpses as the bus rushed along. This view was one of the main reasons I took the tour. It is a highlight in all the guidebooks. Ridiculous not to stop!

Someone puts you on the bus and you listen to bad commentaries for 2 hours. You hardly can see anything in the bus. Try something different.

Quite boring. Bus tour just drove around Florence, and you just listened to a prerecorded tour. Would've liked a guided tour.
