A great way to see Florence, Segways are so much fun and very easy to drive. Tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history of Florence and made the tour so enjoyable. We even stopped off at an outside cafe for an espresso. Would highly recommend this tour.

We had wonderful guides. My wife and I enjoyed every minute. We are 52 years old and had never been on the Segway before, but we had the time of our lives.

The best part of our trip. So much fun. As an added bonus it was also informative. We are recommending this to everyone who will listen. What fun! Staff was helpful and enjoyable. We are all middle aged and rode these machines like kids. What a blast. Do it!!!

Somewhat difficult to locate the starting off point, but the experience was well worth it. Our guide did a great job and knew Florence like the back of her hand.

Our guide was very concerned about our safety at all times and even yelled in Italian at any crazy drivers or delivery people that didn't give way. That was the best! She really took care of us. Three hours is a bit long to be standing on a segway so be prepared. reat way to see any city.

We had a great time on our tour! The segways were a lot of fun, and it's a unique way to see the city! I was a little surprised that our tour guide did not do all of the talking. Instead, we listened to sound bytes about various places. I think it would be more interesting if the guide told us more.

This was so much fun!! The Segways were easy to learn to use. Do not take this tour if you are looking to get a lot of historical information out of it. The tour is lacking there. However, it was so much fun and really helped us get acclimated with Florence. I admit that I was a little nervous after seeing traffic in Florence, but they did a good job of getting us through it and on to easier areas. If there's a Segway tour where ever our next vacation is, we'll be doing that tour too!

Brilliant way of sightseeing. The Segways take a bit of getting used to, and it's not for the timid, but when you get more confident it's great fun. And the tour guides were great.

We had a great experience piloting the segways while getting a good narration of the highlights of Florence. The segways were a blast and made it easy to navigate through the more congested areas. They were fun to drive and afforded us a comfortable means to cover a lot of ground. Suitable for the young and the young at heart.

Very cool way to visit a new city! Tourists were taking pictures of us during the tour! Segways are very easy to "drive", it takes about 5 minutes to get used to it. Only disappointment: They say it is a 3 hour tour, but in fact it is more a 2 hour and 15 minute tour, including practice on the Segway at the beginning, mainly because Florence is not a big city and the land is pretty flat. Everything can easily be visited by foot. Still something to try though!

We thoroughly enjoyed riding the Segways even though one of us fell off! It is not as easy as it seems. Nobody was hurt...just some ego! The tour was lacking in the quality of information we received at each stop. Each rider was given earphones so we could hear the tour guide. Instead of the guide giving an explanation at each stop, a recorded description of the attraction was sent through the earphones. I would much rather prefer a live tour presentation. The cost of the tour was acceptable but far from a bargain. We booked the tour for 3:00 p.m., and it had to be changed to another day because it gets dark by 4:30, and it is too risky to ride a Segway in the dark!

This is a great way to see Florence, but only on a fine day! The day we booked turned out to be a really wet day with very heavy showers. We were hesitant to go ahead, but the tour guides said it was no problem, but it was. After a very brief demonstration of how to use the Segway, we were taken on a main roadway; it was really inappropriate to start us off on a busy and dangerous road. But having got past that, it really was fun and just such a pity the weather was so bad; we found ourselves concentrating on where we were going rather than taking in the sights. We were soaking and frozen after the trip. I don't regret taking the Segway tour, but I do regret that it went ahead in such bad weather conditions.
