No shopping trip to Florence should skip this!

I thought the trip was worth it and shopped till I dropped, but I thought the Prada outlet didn't need to take that long.

I searched later for the shoes that I bought from the Prada outlet, only to find that they were three times what I paid for them at the outlet!

The Prada outlet was fantastic. But the mall was a little disappointing as prices were not marked down all that much and the collections were kind of old.

With a pickup outside Santa Maria Novella train station, this trip takes all the hassle out of visiting the Prada store and the Mall. I don't think I would have been able to find them very easily if I had travelled by car. It all depends on whether you get lucky and find the things you are looking for; on this trip, I found a great bag and a wallet in the Prada store. The Mall had a good selection of stores, but on this occasion I only found a couple of things. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip; it's a good value for the price.

This was a great tour and I am so happy that I did it. I personally found more at the Prada outlet than the Mall.

Great way to see all the best outlet brands in one trip, without having to worry about the hassle of logistics. Needs a bit more time in the Gucci outlet though because there are many other shops to see!

Really worthwhile tour if you're on your own or can't be bothered to work out trains & details of locations. It's worth looking up the brands at the mall first to see if you like them I loved the Sergio Rossi store. It's a great tour but you have to go with the intention of buying as I personally think it's a waste of a day just to browse designer shops when Florence could be explored instead. Cafe at The Mall is really nice for lunch and drinks, with tables out in the sun. I purchased a bag at Prada and a pair of Sergio Rossi shoes.

If we ever go to Florence again we will certainly go on the tour. Some shops better than others but did not come away empty handed.

A little longer at the Prada outlet would have been nice, but the trip is well worth doing. Some great bargains to be had, though what is on offer varies each time. Easiest way to get to the two outlets though - we looked in to train and taxi. The driver and guide were helpful and friendly as well, definitely recommended.

Saturday morning trips are much better with a greater selection of goods available, particularly at Prada.

This tour is very good, however, there was not enough time given to spend at both outlets.

This was the second time I have used Viator for this shopping tour. It is very convenient, and they have good selections at the outlets. Just book it online and print out the voucher. The bus stop is easy to find. However, the shopping time in the Prada outlet is not long enough because you have to leave some time to do a tax refund. This can take anywhere from fifteen minutes to a half an hour. If customers could stay longer, it will be great!
