Being totally honest, we did not find the prices at the outlets to be that great. Actually after we returned home we went to the outlets near home and found much better deals at the same designer stores. I think we would've been better off staying right in town and shopping at the smaller shops by the Firenze S.M. train station.

It's a great way to check out the outlets. You will save a fortune by not using taxis and you will get enough time in each outlet. Very good value.

I would have prefered to spend more time at the Prada outlet as discounts at the mall are not as fantastic as those in Prada.

I was really disappointed in the Prada outlet, though I did like the Mall.

The stores were not 'outlet' priced and there was too much time allocated at each stop. The Prada store in particular was small and disappointing in the selection. In addition, the local CAF representative on the phone was not every helpful.

This trip sounds wonderful, but we found the prices not great. The merchandise was outdated seasonal collections and promo stuff. If we were lucky enough to find a pair of shoes for a decent price, the store didn't have many sizes over 6. The merchandise was not what you would expect now from Prada, Gucci, and Burberry - it was pieces from old collections. This was very disappointing and a waste of time.

Unless you come with at least one thousand dollars to spend on name brand things at these outlets you can't buy anything. Gucci, Fendi, Salvatorre Ferragamo have their merchandise slightly reduced, but not much and most of the merchandise is last season anyways. We went thinking it was going to be a lot of stores, and that we would find economical bargains, which we did not find.

It almost seemed a shame to be going to a mall when we were in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
