We took 5 Viator tours in Europe this past month. Each went above and beyond our expectations. I would not use any other tour company but Viator. The Doge's Palace Secret itineraries Tour was fabulous!

The best tour of all the tours we took. The guide was great and very knowledgeable. He was also able to control other groups that were not being considerate of our tour. Excellent!!

We did four tours, which were all good, but this was the best one. Lots of great places on the walking tour and very good information in the two galleries!!!! Both guides were very informative!!!!

Angela was a great tour guide she knew so much information about the city. She spoke english very well and we walked at a pace we could take in everything that was happening around us.
Angelo was our second guide in the afternoon he showed us just enough of the artworks to take it all in as it's a big day for knowledge. Both guides were very friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. The guides got us really close to be able to see clearly what they were showing us. I would definately reccomend doing is tour. To get a real feel of the city.

Brilliant. Fascinating visits, just the right amount of input and anecdotes. Tour of Uffizi was wonderful - the guided selected which statues/paintings to point out brilliantly and knew her stuff. Highly recommend. Had to queue at Academia for 45 mins despite "skip the line" but seemed unavoidable.

This is a LOT to do in a day-- especially a hot day in August. AND the info was great- we had yet another fantastic tour guide who has been doing this for years and holds lots of anthropological history in addition the the architecture and other wonderful aspects of art history and michaelangelos mysteries.

I only had one full day in Floence and this tour was perfect. My guide Francesca did a wonderful job showing us downtown Florence and telling us fascinating stories. We had a walking tour and a short tour of two museums. I could have stayed longer in each of the museums after the tour. A great tour for a short stay.

Both the morning and afternoon tour guides were excellent: clear, interesting, and knowledgeable. We saw a lot, learned a lot, and were glad that when the tours of the Academia and the Uffizi were over, we still had some time to explore on our own. (Not to mention how much time was saved by "skipping the line".)

I completely loved this tour. Rocella was our guide and she was enlightening and entertaining. So glad we did this tour upon arriving in Florence on our first full day. The group was small and I had no trouble understanding our guide. She was happy to answer many questions. Our afternoon guide whos name I didnt get was so very funny and made The Uffizi come alive in a way I hadnt expected.
