Hello, thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback on this trip. On my return to Rome from Florence the shuttle forgot we were there as we waited for 45 min. On calling the number on printed voucher there was another bus which I believe came back and had notheing to do with us but collected us form the specified collecting point which was a hotel that we caught a taxi to . It was nerely a disater as we had long time relatives to see in Rome the next day and it was our last chance before leaving Italy. Not to mention having to find a place for an extra night in Florecnce and then organizing our return to Rome in time for our departure flight out of Italy. Poorly orgainised and was very stressed at being left. Thank you to the Hotess on the bus which was form Napoli her name was something like lucia... And at least in the end we got a shuttle to ROme. Our impression of the local opperator was poor orgainisation. BUT at least we were delivered to Rome safely and the pre paid trip and service was delivered, subsequetnly by anothe shuttle. Thank you . I do wish to use this service in the future and see it as an important service. Just a few minor adjustments and attention to be made. Essentially checking off lists. Kind Ragards.

Madeup for the Rome to Florence lap of this trip - Mariana and the driver were very nice. dropped us close walking distance to hotel - unlike the Rom to Florence lap - where they dropped us off with our luggage to catch a cab.

This shuttle transfer was OK, meaning that we got from Point A to Point B and were dropped right at our hotel when we arrived in Rome. However, the bus left Florence 1 hour after the scheduled departure time, and the bus was not in good repair (half of the seat backs were broken and people were laying in the laps of the people behind them). We should have taken the train.

It was not a pleasant experience. The writeup on the website indicated 3.5 hours but the waiting time and coach ride totaled more than 5 hours. We were told to wait at the Hotel for the coach pickup at 315pm. The coach arrived at 345pm and we were driven to another waiting area in Florence where we waited till 445pm. When the passengers from the One Day Florence Trip boarded the coach, we were left searching for "leftover" seats for our ride to Rome. Finally, we arrived at Rome at 845pm. I must say that this has been a disappointing experience for us.
