Driver was right on time, nice van and courteous driver. Well worth the money

Over all it worked out after we had a very hard time locating the driver. It took about a 1/2 hour to finally connect with the driver. The cruise ship bused us to a central parking lot and the driver was trying to get up close to the ship. Thank god for cell phones. The driver was very nice and got us safely to Florence.

Our driver was amazing! He was very knowledgable, spoke English and was just a delight! Julian was terrific!
