We had to leave our bags along with others in our group in a locker. You have to leave your bags for going up the tower. Unfortunately there was only one key to the locker so this was a bit of a pain.( putting bags in together made the queue go faster) we would have liked an extra hour to visit the cathederal and baptistry, did not have time for this due to going up tower. Perhaps tour could leave an hour earlier. Pisa in general was good though and worth seeing the tower.

Seeing and climbing the tower was great! Our guide was fantastic and shared lots of information along the way there and back. The trip did feel a bit rushed but we saw what we came to see.

Great trip with very knowledgeable guides. Wonderful experience climbing the Tower of Pisa. Only downside to the trip was the 15 minute walk thru what seemed a never ending gaunlet of street venders that did not relent until you were inside the actually grounds.

Interesting information about Tuscany. Great guide on bus. Not given enough time to explore the cathedral and area. After the walking tour we had just enough time to climb the tower and run to the bus. Another hour would have been great.

No specifics provided for the meeting place including identification of the carrier. The piazza is a large area and we eventually had to call to find the bus. There should have been a specific location provided to us.
Trip specifics differed greatly from the description on the website. Rather than a 2 hour round-trip, we spent 3 hours in bus travel on a very crowded bus plus 30-40 minutes walking between the parking lot and Cathedral Square leaving less than 2 hours for the tour itself. Getting there is not half the fun. The long delay between the end of the guided tour and the opportunity to climb the Tower meant we would have had 30 minutes to do the stairs, a few minutes to be back at the rendezvous point and then the 20 minute walk back to the bus. We did not need the 40 or so minute "time on our own" before the Tower. Given you knew when we would be done with the guided tour, tickets should have been scheduled for shortly thereafter to allow enough time without it being a forced march. While it may have been doable, it would not have been fun.
To be honest, this was the least successful of the several other guided tours that we enjoyed during our time in Italy in terms of logistics and content.
