Amazing! Could hardly believe that we were there. I climbed the tower in 3 minutes and 17 sec. The tour was a little rushed.
You might have seen in in books, magazines, movies, it is better and more surprising to see it in the flesh....they say it is alive and keeps on moving ever so slightly...even-though it was stabilized some years back, an effort that took 11 years! The whole area is a miracle in itself they call it the square of the miracles! and as much worthy of a visit as the tower itself. Did you know that the adjacent cemetery's earth was brought back by crusaders from Golgotha, the hill where Jesus was crucified? Awesome!
We enjoyed this tour very much and recommend it to anyone interested in the Leaning Tower, the day went well and Pisa was a nice small town.
Not having seeing Pisa while we were in Florence would have been a big mistake. Half a day was just perfect for us. Our tour guide was great and shared insightful stories. The church was absoluetly fantastic. We must confess that we did not know Pisa had one, if not the most beautiful, church of Italy. Everything was wery well organized. We did not go to Lucas and maybe a full day Pisa and Lucas would have been great too. It just depends how much time you have. One thing for sure, it's a must see place! Caroline, Martin and Marianne
Highly recommend the tour except it was extremely rushed from the moment we left Florence throughout the tour and the return back. Tour guide was terrific and the climb up Pisa was a once in a life time experience with breath taking views.

Outstanding tour! Worth it to climb the tower, good experience. The tour covered the church, but not the baptistery building, which was okay. It was very hot the day we were there and the guide did a good job finding shade. The guide was knowledgeable on the area and covered the points at a good pace. The bus ride was a little hot as they can not cool down the bus in Florence not allowed to run it while standing in the city. Even the ride back was not so cold. Bring water for sure if there during the hot summer. Overall, worth it, even in extreme heat. All of the staff was friendly and nothing they can do about the heat, they tried there best to get to cool areas.
This is a wonderful tour!! Very interesting to learn about the Leaning Tower! My husband walked all the way to the top for some beautiful photos! That's one off his bucket list!!
Very cool place to visit. You cannot take ANY packages, purses or backpacks with you in the Leaning Tower but they do provide free lockers. The steps are easy to navigate but take good walking shoes, the steps are slippery marble after 900 years of wear.
Our tour host Theresa was great. She was funny and kept us organized. Great trip!
Loved the tower, and also being able to go inside the church. Our guides were awesome. So much history in this town. Thank you Italy.
Guide at Pisa was superb! Very friendly, jovial and knowledgeable. Simply lovable...
Excellent, top draw well worth making the effort to climb the Tower.
The tour was fantastic.the guide was very good in giving a lot of detail and was always happy to answer any questions.the view from the tower was amazing and well worth it.thoroughly enjoyed the day.
If you want to go to Pisa and take the photos you want with the leaning tower and the nearby buildings, this is the trip to go. The leaning tower and the whole square it's located in look better in reality than photos.
