It was easy to find the tour guides and bus. The bus ride was quick and comfortable. We enjoyed the extra information given by the tour guide during the bus ride. The time at Pisa was more than enough time to enjoy ourselves. Our tour guide was informative and funny.

The only problem was that the meeting place for the tour to start wasn't specific enough. "Meet between the two plazas" was a little vague. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable. I wouldn't hurt if we had more time in Pisa. Thanks!

This was a wonderful trip, and very well organized. Unlike the other company I dealt with, Viator did a wonderful job for this tour. The pick-up was on time, and the guide in the bus was excellent and clear. Our guide in Pisa was excellent. She new exactly what she was explaining to us, and it was a wonderful trip -- worth every penny. However, it would have been better if we could have a bit more time to spend going up the leaning tower of Pisa.

It was a fascinating sight, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The local tour guide was okay, not great, and didn't explained too much. We had time for the best seafood pasta spaghetti. The restaurant is off a side street inside the monument wall.

It was a bummer that it rained on the day of, but as far as tour accommodations and the knowledge of the tour guide the tour was great. There isn't much to do in Pisa, so this was a really great way of checking out Pisa, with a little bit of historical trivia given to you.

Could not believe the cathedral. Guide was great and drive was lovely.

This is a wonderful tour, the only thing that I had a problem with is the point of meeting. The guide came about 10 mins before departure and placed the signs. We had been there about 20 mins before we found where the meeting place was.

Our tour of Pisa with Viator was really wonderful. It was just the right amount of time to visit the Leaning Tower, the Basilica, and do some shopping there around the tower area. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and funny too. We loved it, and took dozens of pictures of Pisa.

What a great afternoon. The actual tour of the site is very limited about 15 minutes of talking from the local guide. However, the tower is really a sight to behold, and the baptistry is incredible.
