Excellent tour, but a lot of walking. Some in my party were not prepared to walk the distances that we did. Be prepared. Otherwise an excellent and very beautiful tour.

Well organized and a wonderful experience for my entire family. Our bus tour guide made it a very rich experience for everyone. The local guide was extremely knowledgeable, with fun anecdotes about the church. Climb the tower, if you can!

A good way to get to Pisa. The buses are required to drop you off a long walk from the tower - the tour guide was nice and the local guide was OK, but everyone wanted to go see the tower first instead of the lecture on the lawn at the entry point.

This was a comfortable trip, with a very informative guide and just the right amount of tour time and free time. It was a great tour, and I would recommend it.

The guide in the bus who basically accompanied us there was good and informative and provided clear instructions, but the guide in Pisa wasn't very informative. She kept cracking unnecessary jokes. She should have focussed more on the history. The other thing was that the meeting place in Florence was not easy to locate.

The tower of Pisa is a must see. I just wish the tour had included tickets to go up the tower.
