The bus ride was long but was well commented on by the guide. The guide at Pisa was very good with a good sense of humour. Overall the experience was good. There was enough time to roam around on your own and take your own kooky photos with the Leaning Tower.

There's not much to see in Pisa other than the cathedral and the tower, so this trip is perfect for people who want to check it off their list of Italian things to do without necessarily spending a night there. Our guide at Pisa was very funny and knowledgeable.

It was an easy way to get to Pisa, but I thought a little expensive for a bus ride. The tour was just OK, but we were really glad we got to go to Pisa.

Very comfortable journey with an excellent guide. Gave us much more information and story then I expected. It was in English and French though. Pisa was OK, not quite what I expected, certainly wouldn't want to spend the whole day there. Half day was plenty. But as for the tour, well worth it.

Definitely worth the trip! Don't go to Italy without seeing it. The guide on the bus was informative & pleasant. The guide in Pisa was enthusiastic & knowledgeable & it was just the right amount of time in Pisa.

I enjoyed the trip. It was an easy and relaxing way to see the leaning tower of Pisa while staying in Florence. The tour operator should offer participants the opportunity to go inside the tower. Since tickets need to be purchased in advance, the operator could include it as a tour option. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the tour.

Absolutely beautiful, definitely something everyone must visit at least once in their lifetime! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny and the tour escort gave very helpful hints and tips about things to do in Florence on the ride back.
