This was very enjoyable. The courier and the driver were very good. The times and instructions were clear.

Both my husband and I enjoyed this tour. The only problem was that the tour guide did not point out anything along the way. It would have been helpful to know about the buildings or farms we passed.

The trip to Pisa was filled with good commentary, but we did not get to go to the top of the leaning tower.

We spent about two or three hours in Pisa. The tour guide started explaining the leaning tower, then she took us to two churches.

This was okay. Interesting information provided by the tour guide en route. Would have like to have toured more than one building for the cost

The tour guide was great on the way to Pisa as he provided good commentary along the way, otherwise it would have a been a very long trip. The let down was once we got to Pisa, there wasn't enough time to climb the tower after the church tour. I appreciate they say the main attraction should be the church and not the tower but it's the tower that attracts people to Pisa. I think either start the tour earlier to give people a choice to inquire and book tickets to climb the tower and there was NO line when I went to see if I could buy a ticket, or introduce a tour which includes a tower climb.

Pisa was truly amazing, and the coach was comfortable; however, there was not enough free time once we got to Pisa. I do not feel this tour was good value for money.

This was a cattle call trip. Load 'em in and go. Too many people, too many languages spoken by one guide, and most of all, they lied! We actually could have climbed up the Leaning Tower, but they said we had to have prior reservations. Untrue!! If we had gone to get tickets when we got there, we would have been able to go. Very disappointing!

The bus tour was informative but the time at Pisa was limited and could be better as there was no time to queue if you wanted to go inside the tower as did our overseas guests, we know next time!

Loved Pisa, but I did not think the tour added much value other than transportation. Would have preferred to pay extra to be able to have a timed reservation to climb the tower.

The guide knew the sites but didn't have a good sense of humor.

Enjoyed the tour, but the bus guide did not have a good grasp of English. She was difficult to understand. She kept repeating herself. The Pisa guide was very good.

Church was awesome and the tour included this however, the tour didn't include the Leaning Tower or other areas. Just read the fine print, if you want to walk up to the top of the tower, you must reserve well in advance.
