Excellent tour, but a lot of walking. Some in my party were not prepared to walk the distances that we did. Be prepared. Otherwise an excellent and very beautiful tour.

Well organized and a wonderful experience for my entire family. Our bus tour guide made it a very rich experience for everyone. The local guide was extremely knowledgeable, with fun anecdotes about the church. Climb the tower, if you can!

A worthwhile trip from Florence. Wouldn't have missed seeing this beautiful location. The guide was good. It would have been good to have a little longer in Pisa to make the most of it. Beware the long hot walk from the coach park to the centre. It can be hazardous! Pity the coaches can't drop you closer to the church.

Great tour! The only negative was that the guide was speaking in at least four different languages which was a little much on the bus ride out to Pisa. Not a moment of silence to take in the view. In Pisa you were split into groups with a guide that spoke your language though so that was much better! It was definitely worth seeing though!

The narration by the guide on the bus to Pisa was too dry and the air conditioner on the bus didn't work well on the hot return trip. However, once we arrived in Pisa and survived the long, hot walk to the field of miracles, the guide that met us in Pisa was great, funny and very interesting. Overall, it was a worthwhile trip and a must see when you're in Florence.

Prompt service. The Pisa guide was lively and communicated the history and background very well.

I think you should also have a French guided tour, the original tour guide should have been more present with us through the whole tour.

Even in the rain, seeing the tower just blew me away! This was a great way to go out without the hassle of driving yourself. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the guide on board was very helpful.
