This was perfect in every way. Walking into a new place it's great to see a smiling face holding your name.
This worked out perfectly. As my family arrived at the train station, there was our driver holding a sign with our name, the van was parked outside to accommodate all our bags! Totally worth it!
This was great! Our train was 2 hours late and we had a hard time meeting up with him, but he was so nice and so funny...great sense of humor. He picked us up in a Bentley which was nice!

What an easy way to cope with arrival in a strange city. Railway stations are not the best of places to be hanging around. It is much easier and makes you feel quite spoilt to be chauffered
Punctual and efficient but would prefer a car instead of an 8 seater van as there were only two of us.

We couldn't find the driver for a while and the very big car was too big to get us all the way to our hotel - I would have expected a smaller car to be sent!
