Excellent help at train station and transferring to hotel.
The driver was waiting when we arrived. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Our driver was there waiting and even though our hotel was not far away. It was nice to have a friendly face after a 10hr train ride.
Giuseppe was waiting at the station when arrived. He was extremely pleasant and efficient.
The driver was there when we arrived, helped lug our luggage (and there was a lot), knew where he was going, and helped us unload when we arrived. A great service that made our arrival in an unknown city as easy as it could be.

Great Service, Excellent Vehicles and great prices. We were picked up in a private Mercedes Sprinter type van and taken directly to our hotel as promised. Much less expensive and more comfortable than a taxi. Highly recommend.
The driver/Viator were amazing. Another passenger took our luggage by mistake at one of the stops. Upon arriving in Florence the Viator driver called to rearrange his schedule so he could stay with us to assit in filing a claim. Wonderful customer service!
Awesome! I felt like a VIP, the driver with matching suit and the latest Mercedes Benz car. On time!

We were taken care of so well---it was a comfort to not have to worry about where we were going and how to get there. Very curteous and attentive driver. Came back to the hotel when he discovered we had left a bag in the back seat!
As a first time traveler to Italy it was nice to have someone waiting to help us. The driver also assisted us when we had some unexpected issues locating our apartment manager!

The driver was on the platform waiting for us, helped us with our luggage and then drove us very expertly through the narrow streets of Florence to our Hotel - highly recommended
This was perfect in every way. Walking into a new place it's great to see a smiling face holding your name.
This worked out perfectly. As my family arrived at the train station, there was our driver holding a sign with our name, the van was parked outside to accommodate all our bags! Totally worth it!
