We liked Prada outlet more than The Mall stores because of nicer variety. Burberrry outlet also had bigger selection. Our driver made the trip intersting, he even took us for some sightseeing prior to our arrival in Firenze
Normally I shy away from reviews but I felt I had to send you a short note to commend the tour operator on its staff. Our driver was second to none. He was so helpful and kind to us; we had a serious problem with our hotel, and he gave us some very good advice on hotels in the area and also a fantastic restaurant. Many thanks for a memorable trip, and we will be back next year.
Our driver was informative, efficient and totally charming! We found the selection of merchandise in some of the stores to be small, but it was lots of fun! Would do it again.
