Our guide Alessandra was fabulous and worth every penny. She has a delightful personality and is extremely knowledgeable in art history. She loves her city and it is very evident in her enthusiasm.

we had a wonderful time visisting Florence. Our tour guide Alessandra was amazing. Her english was great and she was very knowledgeable about everything in Florence. She let us decide what we wanted to see and answered any and all of our questions. The tour was just long enough to get a sense of Florence but left us enough time to explore on our own. We were very please and would reccommend this tour.

This tour was a wonderful experience. The guide was a passionate Florentine who truly gave us an appreciation for the culture and history of the city. If you can afford only one guided tour, make it this one.

This was a really great trip and worth the money. Our guide met us at the appointed time and asked us what we'd be interested in seeing. We opted for a general guide to help us find our way round for the rest of the trip. She was more than helpful in taking us places off the beaten track, and showing us museums and churches that were not as widely visited and therefore had less queuing, and were also free or inexpensive. We visited a couple of these places the following day. Our guide was very informative, definitely knew her stuff, and threw in some really interesting facts as well. This trip is a really worthwhile way to find your bearings and to understand the places to go and the times to go. It's also a good way to find out more about the places before you visit.
